The word "and" can be used to join parts of a sentence - in this case it joins development and employment, indicating the context in which services take place. We are passionate about wholesome growth AND sustained productivity on individual and organisational levels... We want organisations (and the people working as part of that organisation) to flourish; to feel good and function well. We do this by contributing contextualised models, measures and interventions to guide the specific project or process we become involved in.
