Matt Carmalt is a Licensed Conveyancing Practitioner and co-founder of Carmalt Conveyancing.
Matt has completed Conveyancing Law and Practice with Macquarie Law School at Macquarie University.
Matt has experience in several areas of property law, banking and finance. Matt is responsible for the day to day operations of Carmalt Conveyancing and providing advice to clients in ensuring their transaction runs smoothly.
Matt has previously worked in the finance industry and has many years' experience dealing with agents, solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and financial institutions. His experience is beneficial to our clients as it provides valuable knowledge and insight of the "behind the scenes" operations of these institutions.

Vanessa Carmalt is the principal of Carmalt Conveyancing and is a Licensed Conveyancing Practitioner and Justice of the Peace.
Vanessa has worked in a number of respected law firms in Sydney's CBD and also the legal department of an international bank during the past 25 years.
Vanessa has managed conveyancing and leasing transactions and her past clients have ranged from private clients to major corporations, listed property trusts and retailers.
Vanessa's broad legal experience together with her understanding of the commercial aspects of a transaction ensures that her clients receive excellent advice and service.
