Cash For Interests, LLC is backed by a small group of private-equity investors that purchase mostly minority interest in privately-held companies for their own accounts. Our investors have been purchasing these kinds of assets since 1982. We don't answer to the typically large group of stakeholders so our underwriting process is quick and painless. We make decisions quickly and deliver cash funds at closing. Most of our business is repeat and comes from word-of-mouth referrals: our name is everything to us... Our main focus is on assets that cash-flow and hold equity. As such, we'll consider a wide range of assets. The asset does not have to be a majority interest and we specialize in purchasing minority interests... We have purchased dozens of assets from bankruptcy trustees. We are very familiar with the process and comfortable "stalking horse" purchasers. In most cases, we can provide you with a trustee reference in your district.
