Our cheereful, enthusiastic and dynamic team can speak with you and your guests in three languages... I was born in Madrid in a family of 5 children. My first approach with cooking dates back from my childhood. I owe my gastronomy's interest to my grand mother. She made me discover the pleasure to cook with love and simplicity. Mother of 12 children, she developed a passion to cook for her family and offer them a lot of variety. She initiated me to the Spanish cuisine.
