Aloysius is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Cavenagh Law LLP.
Aloysius has advised and represented clients in both Singapore litigation proceedings, as well as international arbitrations, with a significant portion of his work featuring a PRC element.
Prior to joining Cavenagh Law LLP, Aloysius was a senior associate of one of Singapore's largest local law firms, an associate with an American law firm, and an in-house counsel with an SGX-listed company.

Elan Krishna has acted for clients in a wide variety of high value and complex arbitration matters, with a particular focus on arbitrations involving allegations of fraud, corruption or illegality.

Ian has experience in various contentious litigation and arbitration matters, as well as regulatory investigations and enforcements. His practice includes corporate and trust litigation, data privacy matters, and cross-jurisdictional insolvency disputes.
Jamie Pang is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group of Cavenagh Law LLP.
Jamie has acted in Singapore litigation proceedings, as well as in international arbitration matters.
Prior to joining Cavenagh Law LLP, Jamie was a Deputy Public Prosecutor / State Counsel with the Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore.
Jamie graduated from the University of Oxford with First Class Honours (Wronker Prize (Proxime Accessit)), and also holds a Masters of Laws degree from Stanford Law School.
Janice specialises in commercial dispute resolution with particular emphasis on contentious financial regulatory and corporate investigations and enforcement, regulatory compliance matters and white collar crime including market misconduct and anti-bribery.
Janice has advised on some of the most complex and high-profile cross-jurisdictional regulatory investigations in recent years, including the LIBOR/FX benchmark investigations and anti-money laundering investigations in relation to the 1MDB scandal.
Janice also advises regularly on employment law, and is particularly experienced in dealing with employment issues in the context of investigations.

Jean Goh is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Cavenagh Law LLP.
Jean has experience in contentious work and dispute resolution with an emphasis on domestic litigation and international arbitration.
Jean is also well-versed in criminal prosecution and investigation work from her time as State Counsel and Prosecutor in the Attorney-General's Chambers of Singapore.
She graduated from the University of Oxford with First Class Honours and formerly served as a Justices' Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Kenneth Tay is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of Cavenagh Law LLP. He has a wide range of experience in complex commercial disputes, including disputes involving shareholder disputes, mergers & acquisitions litigation, derivatives litigation, disputes involving breaches of trust and the enforcement of charitable trusts.
Kenneth has also acted and advised on ICC, SIAC and ICSID arbitrations covering a range of industries, including construction, infrastructure, mining and fast-moving consumer goods.
Nish Shetty specialises in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on international arbitration, restructuring & insolvency and regulatory work. He regularly advises on complex cross-jurisdictional disputes and is widely recognised as a leader in the field of dispute resolution.
Nish also heads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Asia Pacific for Clifford Chance.
Nish is on the panel of arbitrators of most of the key arbitral institutions in the world.
He is the founder and ex-chairman of the SIAC's Users Council, the Co-Chair of the Council of Arbitration of MCIA and the first in Asia to be appointed as a Judge of Appeal on the FIA International Court of Appeal in Paris. He is also inducted in the Hall of Fame for arbitration in Legal 500 and named as a Thought Leader for Arbitration by Who's Who Legal 2021.
Paul Sandosham, Managing Partner of Cavenagh Law, heads the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources (Disputes) practice for South East Asia.
