I have been described as 'challenging, innovative and persistent in the pursuit of excellence'. I am a leadership development specialist and my work focuses in high impact personal development of key executives in global organisations equipping them for major career challenges and encouraging them to take creative risks, 'raise their game' and go beyond self-imposed limitations... In many of my career roles, I have direct experience of 'breaking the mould' and I have been a mentor to members of minority groups occupying substantial leadership roles for the first time... I am currently Associate Faculty at several well-known UK Business Schools. My previous career was as General Manager, People Development with Jardine Mathieson. My grounding as an HR professional was with Cathay Pacific Airways and in the Energy Industry.
