Dave Haugen

Dave is an experienced corporate development leader with over 20 years of global experience. He most recently served as Managing Director of GE Global Healthcare's Corporate Development Group where he served in a variety of roles focused on M&A, corporate development, and strategy. As Managing Director of GE Global Healthcare's Corporate Development group, he helped develop the overall inorganic growth strategy and was responsible for executing M&A and venture capital transactions. While at GE, Dave helped the business close over 100 deals with transaction values in excess of $20 billion, worldwide. In addition, Dave developed and implemented a world - class acquisition integration program, enabling GE Global Healthcare to accelerate the realization of value from its M&A transactions. Prior to GE, Dave held various finance and accounting roles in industry and large public accounting firms. Dave earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

George Pico

Martin Salas - CEO, Founder

Managing Partner and Founder of Chronsult (People, Family, & Organizational Effectiveness). Martin is an organizational expert with more than 20 years of experience leading successfully organizational and business families transformation projects across industries, geographies and business cycles. Within his Family Business Advisory practice, Martin has extensive experience working with the business family leadership to create governance frameworks and strategic succession plans aimed to provide sustainability to the family legacy. As founder of Chronsult, he has advised dozens of growth-mode family-owned businesses and startups. Before Chronsult, Martin held domestic and global CHRO and HR executive roles at Amerigo, AIG, Teva, IBM and Breca. Responsibilities included US, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Published author (‘Amo y Siervo', 2019). He mentors entrepreneurs at Endeavor and the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at The University of Chicago. Martin is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Catolica of Peru, holds a MBA degree from the Booth Graduate School at University of Chicago, a Master degree in Management from the Universidad Pacifico of Lima and has also finished Talent Management post graduate studies at Stanford Graduate School in Palo Alto, California. Martin has an Advanced Consulting Certificate from the Family Firm Institute in Boston, MA.
