She is currently guiding all aspects of marketing campaigns in the technology industry through analysis, advertising, social media, and digital integration with an awareness of the rapidly changing market trends. Amber is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and worked in the medical field for 10 years before turning her sights on the future of technology and marketing. She and her husband Sam Wood were married in 2014 and are the owners of CloudFirst Solutions. They have 2 daughters in high school, and 3 dogs. Amber loves the outdoors and traveling around the world. In her free time, she leads women's bible studies and is a servant leader at Elevate Life Church. She believes that being Jesus hands and feet extended to others and leading them to Christ is the most valuable gift you can ever receive.

Carol has 25+ years' experience in audit, controllership, business process improvement, training, and consulting, that includes 8 years with EY (Big 4 accounting/assurance). She is an SAP Certified Professional and has 6 years of implementation experience of SAP Business ByDesign and is a Go-Live/Cutover expert with hands-on implementation experience and problem-solving. Carol is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a certified Solution Advisor for SAP Business ByDesign, as well as certifications in Visio and Office 365 applications. She currently holds a degree in Master of Professional Accounting (MPA), with a Bachelor of Music from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mark is an accomplished professional with a consistent record of career achievements in the software industry. Whether running a product development team, managing a product line, delivering impactful demonstrations, or interacting with the customer and product delivery team, he is poised, articulate, and energetic. Mark is innovative, resourceful and a persuasive communicator with excellent relationship management skills. Mark is married and he and Violet have three children.

Marlo has over 20 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement within the high-tech world with a core focus on SAP solutions and partnerships. Her passion is in marketing, demand management, pipeline growth and customer success. Marlo is married with three children, Rashaye 25, Bryce 24, Damien 13, and two granddaughters Majerle 7, and Aona'lyss the youngest at a year old. When not focusing on CloudFirst Solutions and what we can do for our customers and prospective customers, Marlo spends her time with family, and is highly involved in Autism Awareness, Recovery based Community Outreach and helping others to unlock their potential.
Sam Wood is a seasoned SAP executive and entrepreneur who brings a wealth of experience in the enterprise computing industry. His career reflects a track record of building teams, optimizing cultures and growing revenue, cash, and market share for mid- and large-cap technology companies. He has broad international experience in the SMB market segment with SAP and is frequently invited to speak on go-to-market strategies and operations. His specialties include SAP, Retail, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, SAP Analytics Cloud, Shopify, Social Selling Pioneer. Sam is married to Amber Wood and they have two girls in high school and three dogs. Sam is a member of Elevate Life Church and an avid outdoorsman & golfer.
