James R. Hodge is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Arrowsmith, LLC. He previously, for 29 years, served as the President and Chief Investment Officer of Permal Asset Management LLC which is now a subsidiary of New York Stock Exchange listed Legg Mason, Inc. Prior to that, he held a number of positions culminating in Director of Cost Accounting during four years of employment at the New York Stock Exchange. He was also the CFO at Biolectron, Inc. a start-up medical products company that supplied orthopedic devices to Bristol-Myers. James R. Hodge is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status) in the state of New Jersey. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. with highest distinction from Indiana University.

Michel Amsellem - Chairman

Michel has been in the funds industry for 30 years. He has built relationships with Japan since the beginning of his professional career and started endorsing investments in this market at a very early stage. Over the years, he has been involved in the creation and promotion of a significant number of investment vehicles for different strategies and underlying. Serge Ledermann

Serge Ledermann is Founder and Director of 1959 Advisors, his own consultancy company. He was previously in charge of asset management at Safra Sarasin in Switzerland, as well as Managing Director of Retraites Populaires in Lausanne. Backed by thirty-seven years of experience in banking, essentially in asset management activities for private and institutional clients, he has held several management positions at Banque Heritage, Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) and Lombard Odier Darier and Hentsch & Cie. Serge Ledermann is a graduate of the HEC School of the University of Lausanne, of the International School for Banking Studies of Geneva and of the Management School IMD in Lausanne. He also chaired the Swiss Association of Financial Analysts and Asset Managers (SFAA) from 1997 to 2001. He is sitting on the Board of the Swiss Triathlon Federation.
