Alex Carney - COO

Alex left active duty in 2017 as a decorated Special Operations Officer in the Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC). He served as the ground force commander for dozens of high-risk direct action raids in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and is the recipient of multiple awards for valor in combat, including the Bronze Star.

Barry Leistner

Barry Leistner has more than forty-five years of experience in all phases of construction, especially within the steel industry. I am President and CEO of Koenig Iron Works, Inc., a structural steel and miscellaneous iron company koenigiron.com headquartered in Long Island City, N.Y. "I have been the owner and managing member of several real estate development companies with the acquisition and development of both new and renovated real estate projects within New York City, Florida, and the Hamptons. I have for more than fifteen years served, and continue to serve as a Director on the Board of Nathan's Famous, Inc., a publicly traded company. Currently I am involved with five start-up companies as an angel investor and a member of their boards as well. I also serve as the President of the condominium board at Trump World Tower."

Curtis Granet

Curt is a Certified Public Accountant and Managing Partner of Granet, Rappoport & Co LLP. He is a Member of both the New York State CPA Society & AiCPA. Curt has series 7, 63 & Insurance licenses and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LIU School of Business. Curt has played an extremely important role for the CRG team by continually ensuring that CRG Inc is implementing sound accounting principals as the business continues to grow. We are grateful for Curt's knowledge, guidance, and oversite of our business practices to ensure we are scaling responsibly.

Ed Hartnett

Ed brings thirty-two years of public safety experience to the CRG team. He retired as a Deputy Chief with the NYPD and later served as the Police Commissioner in Yonkers, New York. Ed has extensive experience in public and private sector consulting, operations, business development and marketing strategies. He will help guide business development as CRG continues to grow across the United States.We are honored to have Ed join the team and are looking forward to the law enforcement and private sector experience he brings to the team.

Erica Rossy - CFO

Erica spent fourteen years in finance cultivating a career through operations, fixed income derivatives, risk mitigation, and financial control. As an Executive Director at JP Morgan within the global macro rates business she managed global teams to create efficiencies, facilitate technology enhancements, manage financial and regulatory risk, and support overall business strategy. Erica received her BS in Finance and International Business from Villanova University.

Ethan Killeen - CTO, Founder

Ethan retired from Special Operations with eight combat deployments and hundreds of direct action raids across Iraq and Afghanistan as an Army Ranger, receiving the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Silver Star for Gallantry in Action. He also served at the Pentagon's National Military Command Center and is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Frank Rodgers

Job Titles:
  • Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police
Frank Rodgers retired as the Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police at the rank of Lt. Colonel after twenty-five years of service. His private consulting company, The Rodgers Group (Acquired by Lexipol in 2021), develops public safety policy and provides training and accreditation services to hundreds of public safety agencies across the country.

Glenn Edwards

Glenn is the founder of the Chart Organization, LLC which is an investment and management holding company consisting of over thirty assets in numerous industries. He grew Chart into a diverse investment company with holdings in several industries. Prior to the foundation of the Chart, Glenn developed his family business into five verticals, which grew to more than six thousand workers, twenty thousand customers and twenty-five branches in seven states. Before selling Chart in 2005, the company acquired fourteen industry competitors and became one of the largest Home Health Care companies on the East Coast. Glenn is a member of the CRG investment team and sits of its Board of Directors. Since 2017 Glenn has worked very closely and guided the CRG team to develop a strong strategic direction and grow the company.

Michael Senft

Michael is a graduate of Princeton University and the New York University Stern School of Business. His leadership experience spans several industries with extensive expertise in banking and marketing. As co-head of Global Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch he was the top global underwriter of leveraged finance. Most recently Michael served as CFO at KLX Inc. where he implemented aggressive business best practice and growth strategies, and significantly increased free cash flow, EBITDA margin, and annual revenue. The team at CRG is honored to have Michael's expertise and knowledge as they work to scale across all 50 states.

Mike Rodgers - CEO

Job Titles:

Michael left the Army as a Captain after 9 years of service and multiple combat deployments, with assignments including the 82nd Airborne, 75th Ranger Regiment, and Princeton University's ROTC program. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Phil Coyne - President

Phil retired at the rank of Major from the New Jersey State Police, and has extensive experience training and consulting public and private organizations across the United States. He received his BS in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey and MA in Education from Seton Hall University.
