Diego Vanegas

Diego Vanegas is a CPA with over 15 years of public accounting and auditing experience. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor and a Certified Information Technology Professional. The majority of his experience is related to SOC examinations, financial and compliance audits, cost incurred audits, and Agreed-Upon Procedures. Diego is a member of the AICPA and ISACA. He is an alumnus of California State University, Los Angeles, where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Business Administration/Accounting and one in Computer Information Systems/Business Systems.

Gordon Ho

Gordon Ho is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in government auditing and accounting. He has extensive experience in financial statement audits, cost incurred audits, financial and compliance audits, SSAE audits, performance audits, and Agreed-Upon Procedures. He is a member of the AICPA, California Society of CPAs and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Social Administration, Gordon also earned his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.

Jennifer Farr

Jennifer Farr is a founding partner of Davis Farr LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in local government and nonprofit auditing and consulting. Jennifer has several professional affiliations including CSMFO, AICPA, California Society of CPAs, and is a GFOA CAFR reviewer. Jennifer is the current Chair of the CalCPA Governmental Accounting & Auditing Committee and the Chair of the Orange County United Way Financial Review Committee. Jennifer is a frequent speaker on matters pertaining to technical issues and new GASB pronouncements. She is an alumnus of California State University, Fullerton, where she earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration / Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.

Jonathan Foster

Jonathan Foster is a CPA with over 10 years experience auditing and consulting for local government agencies, special districts, and commercial entities. He regularly performs grant-specific audits of funds awarded by Federal, state, and county governments, Single Audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance, and Agreed-Upon Procedures. Jonathan's professional affiliations include the AICPA, California Society of CPAs, and is a CAFR reviewer for the CSMFO award program. Jonathan has participated in various speaking engagements for the IIA. He is an alumnus of University of San Diego where he earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance.

Marc Davis

Marc Davis, one of the founding partners of Davis Farr LLP, has over 30 years of experience in government auditing, accounting, and consulting. Marc has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1986 and has several professional affiliations including CSMFO, AICPA, and California Society of CPAs. Marc has provided extensive consulting services to local governments. He has been a speaker at the AGA annual conference on the usefulness of SOC examinations in the government arena and he is co-author of ePractice Aids for Reporting on Controls of Service Organizations. Marc is an alumnus of California State University, Fullerton, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting.

Shannon Ayala

Shannon Ayala is a CPA with 19 years of audit experience. She regularly performs financial statement audits of cities, special districts and nonprofits; grant specific audits of funds awarded by Federal, state, and county governments; Single Audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance, compliance audits, and Agreed-Upon Procedures. Tritia Foster

Tritia Foster is a CPA with over 12 years of public accounting and auditing experience. She has extensive experience with Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan and PACE audits, Medicare Managed Care Organization audits, SOC examinations, financial and compliance audits, cost incurred audits, and Agreed-Upon Procedures. Her industry focus is Healthcare as well as government contractors. She is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. She is an alumnus of Chapman University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
