Alfredo Luis Riviere Rodriguez

Mr. Riviere has over 28 years of experience in commodities trading, Investment banking, Hedge funds analyst and metals products manufacturing. He is currently CEO and Director of Euro-Alloys and Ferrotrade Consulting. He has held various Executive and Vice-President positions at companies such as IntrAl Inc, Sural Quebec, Sural SLPC, National City Bank and the Clinton Group Inc. Mr. Riviere holds a Mechanical Engineering bachelor from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, Venezuela; a Materials Science & Engineering MSc. from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA Finance from Columbia University, NY.

Ally Angula

Ms Angula is a Namibian citizen and is a Chartered Accountant. Her experience includes principal founder of The CFO Namibia a Chartered Accountancy and Financial Advisory firm; Co-founder and Managing Director of Leap Holdings (Pty) Ltd. she has been Deputy Executive Director of the Ministry of Finance in Namibia. She was a Partner at KPMG in Namibia for seven years and External Audit Partner. She currently serves on the Boards of Oryx Properties Limited (Vice Chairperson) and Nabo Holdings. Also chaired the Audit and Risk Committees of the following Boards: Bank of Namibia (Namibia's Reserve Bank) and Rossing Uranium Limited. She holds a Bacc. From University of Namibia and a Bcom from University of Natal from South Africa.

Chantelle Collins - CFO

Dean Richards, Vice

Mr. Richards has 29 years of geological experience in exploration, mineral resource modeling and estimation, as well as mine planning and design. Before establishing Obsidian Consulting Services in 2006, he worked for 8 years in the technical mining software industry selling, supporting and consulting with Geovia GEMS, Whittle, Minemax and iGantt. He has worked in a number of locations across Africa, Europe and South America in diverse geological terranes and on a range of commodities including but not limited to base metals, gold, silver, platinum group metals and diamonds as well as commodities such as iron ore, manganese, titanium and vanadium. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Applied Geology from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa and is a registered member of SACNASP and the South African Geological Society.

Jean-Luc Roy - COO

Mr. Roy has been a major contributor to the development of several important corporations in Africa during the last 30 years working for majors, mid-tiers and junior exploration companies. Mr. Roy's experience includes being Managing Director in the Democratic Republic of Congo for First Quantum Minerals Ltd; President & CEO of El Nino Venture Inc, which was mainly focusing on the Democratic Republic of Congo projects; Chief Operating Officer of Ampella Mining Ltd (division of Centamin PLC) where he was supervising exploration and development of the projects in West Africa and General Manager of Resolute Mining Ltd where he was supervising all operations in Mali. Mr. Roy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Matthew Starnes

Mr. Starnes is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Starnes is currently a consultant Peerpoint lawyer with Allen & Overy in Tokyo specializing in mining law. He acts as senior external counsel to Base Resources Toliara Sands project in Madagascar. Prior to this he was legal counsel in Sumitomo Corporation's Mineral Resources Division in Tokyo, Japan. Among other things, he was responsible for legal aspects of Sumitomo's investment in the multi-billion Sierra Gorda copper project in Chile and was also part of the team for the multi-billion Ambatovy nickel and cobalt project in Madagascar. Prior to joining Sumitomo Mr. Starnes was the General Counsel and Deputy President of the Ambatovy project during its construction phase where, among other things, he was responsible for closing a $2.1 billion financing. Mr. Starnes has also practiced as a corporate lawyer with major law firms in Montreal. He is a Director of Critical Elements Corporation that is developing a lithium project in Quebec. He holds a B.A. in English and History from McGill University in and a joint LLB/BCL from McGill University in Montreal.

Pierre Léveillé - CEO, President

Mr. Léveillé has over 28 years of experience in the International financial sector and 20 years of experience in the mining exploration industry. Mr. Léveillé has started is career as an Investment Advisor and an Investment Banker with a large Canadian Securities brokerage firm. From the mid 1990's to today, he has been Executive and Director of several exploration companies active in Africa. He has financed and managed exploration projects in Namibia since 1996 including the acquisition and operation of a diamond mine. He has realized over US$ 100 million in transactions and financing for Namibian, Ghanian, Chilean and Canadian mining exploration projects.

Pierre Matte

He has been Director of Finance and Administration for Etruscan in Niger, for the Kenor Group in Guinea and for Anglogold in Mali. He has been General manager and Country Manager for Nevsun Resources and Avion Gold on the Tabakoto mine in Mali. He has been General manager for Roxgold in Burkina Faso. Vivian Stuart-Willams

Mr. Stuart-Williams is a geologist with 46 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, principally in the southern African region. He holds a M.Sc degree in uranium and he has been involved in base metals, gold, coal, and industrial mineral projects. Mr. Stuart-Williams has a worldwide exposure (including Liberia, Philippines, Afghanistan, Canada, Uzbekistan, Australia, Uganda, Mauritania and all of the Southern African countries). He has been involved with the Haib project from the mid-1990s as exploration Manager and subsequently as a Technical Director (geology) for Deep South Mining who held the Mineral Rights over the Haib Project during the recent exploration by Teck Namibia.
