Mitch Goldman was the most recent CEO of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners - started in 2016 and at the time of his departure supported 237 dental practices in 17 states. As a successful health care entrepreneur, he brought his strategic vision and health care innovation experience to the redesigning of the delivery and management of community dental services.
Prior to starting Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners, Mr. Goldman was a nationally ranked health care transactional and regulatory lawyer. Throughout his professional career, he developed new health care services including an innovative medical malpractice insurance company. He has worked in almost every part of the health care industry including recently advising health care entrepreneurs in mobile health, accountable care organizations, dental support organizations, dental practice acquisitions and dental supply companies. During the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Mr. Goldman was actively involved in advising several United States Senators on key aspects of the law. He was the subject of an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer as a thought leader in the field. He also hosted a regular radio show on the Business of Healthcare on Business Radio Powered by Wharton on SiriusXM channel 111. He was an adjunct professor of health care law teaching health care finance at the Widener School of Law and at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
He is also currently a member of the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, the Professional Advisory Board of the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and was recently elected the Vice President of the Association of Dental Support Organizations ("ADSO").

Charles Papy's legal practice focuses on corporate and business transactions and has evolved into strategic legal planning for clients that have complex business execution issues. Papy is the former Chairman of the Dade County Health Facilities Authority.

Dawn Vanderlinden currently services Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners as Chief Operating Officer, Previously as Senior Vice President of Operations at DentalOne Partners. Prior to joining DentalOne, Dawn spent 20 years a Vice President of Operations for the East Coast Business Unit for Intelident Solutions where she oversaw the operational management of more than 125 multi-specialty practices. Dawn led a team of 11 district managers, three regional hygiene administrators, 130 administrative managers and worked closely with 300+ dental clinics, leading her business unit to achieve a 6% Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) from 2005 - 2015. Dawn attended Trocaire College in Buffalo, New York and has graduated from The Executive Development Leadership Course at Harvard Business School.
Joseph joined DentalOne Partners in 2018 and has continued to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer through their merger with Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners. With over 30 years of experience in the dental and healthcare industry, Joseph brings an extensive level of knowledge related to the financial and operational aspects of multi-state, multi-site management companies. Before joining DentalOne Partners, Joseph was the Chief Financial Officer of OrthoSynethics Inc. and Dental Technology Inc. (SmileCare), both of which were dental practice management companies serving over 284 and 60 practice locations, respectively, throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Stanislaus and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

As former Dean of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Denis Kinane brings more than 35 years of national and international academic, development, and dental leadership experience to Mid-Atlantic Dental. Since joining University of Pennsylvania in 2009, the School of Dental Medicine has drawn top faculty, risen in the research ranks and recruited top students, all while managing a fiscal surplus. Kinane has published more than 240 peer-reviewed papers and also holds appointments as Professor of Pathology and Periodontics and Professor of Otorhinolaryngology.

Dr. Samit is the founder of MyEyeDr.com, an organization that assists optometry practices in delivering the highest quality vision care and customer service. Dr. Samit grew the company to over 2500 employees in 175 locations in ten states before selling it in 2015 to a private equity firm. Dr. Samit is currently an investor in the healthcare space.

Jay Rosan is a seasoned healthcare innovator, bringing national retail healthcare experience from Walgreens and business consulting experience to the firm. He is the co-founder of Medovation, which provides intellectual capital, introductions, commercialization experience, and business expertise to dramatically reduce the risk of failure for healthcare startups. Previously, Rosan was Vice President of Health Innovation for Walgreens. The Health Innovation team was established in 2009 to help Walgreens develop a clear path in introducing successful innovative products and healthcare services, and to establish new partnerships with companies interested in building innovative growth businesses with Walgreens.
Leigh Feenburg, Chief Executive Officer, joined Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners from another large DSO, where he managed 90+ offices throughout Florida and Texas. He has been around health for his entire life. Coming from a medical family, he always knew that he wanted to be involved in the business of helping people. Throughout the years, Leigh has been involved in Fitness, Lasik, and, for the last 8 years, dental. Leigh decided to join Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners, because he believes that there is nothing more important than the patient experience, patient retention, team engagement, and provider engagement. Looking to change the way that dentistry is currently done, Leigh is excited to achieve his vision of becoming the best DSO in the country. Leigh is focused on increasing operational efficiencies to improve revenue and profitability.

Rob Healy is the former Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration & CFO of Novacare and brings over 40 years of experience in finance, operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions in high growth environments. Healy has personally led numerous successful efforts in organization optimization, strategic and tactical operations and financial planning, business metrics and analytics, mergers, acquisitions, and internal business development.
