Andrew has worked as a building surveyor and project manager, actively working across all stages of projects. He is an experienced project manager and team leader with a proven capacity to pre-empt and resolve complex situations.
Ian has extensive experience in managing both residential and commercial development projects, including delivering complex projects in Central London locations. His focus is always to provide support and guidance to clients and to proactively manage project teams to ensure a collaborative approach is at the centre of the delivery.
Mark has a successful track record in delivering complex, multi phased refurbishment and redevelopment projects, acting in a ‘hands on' capacity to support both client and project teams. As a founding director he is primarily engaged with project delivery, but also is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Scott has focussed on project management in the high-end residential sector and brings a wealth of knowledge to projects that require a dynamic focus and an eye for detail, particularly where listed buildings are concerned.
Tim has extensive experience in both building surveying and project management. The majority of his experience has been spent working with London based Estate property portfolio clients. This role has necessitated support ranging from day to day and shorter-term project requirements to strategic review and management of long-term asset management scenarios.
