Ashley has worked in and around the accounting field for most of her working life. She has worked with small and medium-sized businesses in numerous industries including sport and recreation, manufacturing, retail and construction.
Outside of work Ashley loves to travel, exercise and spending time with family and friends.

Dawn has been a business administrator for over 30 years. For almost 24 of those years, she was employed by the same public accounting firm. She has taken various administration courses and computer courses throughout the years and enjoys upgrading her skills.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time at her and her husband's trailer relaxing by the water, socializing with others and creating amazing meals on their smoker. Now that her three sons have moved on and she is an empty nester, she enjoys being a pet parent to her two cats Rascal-Roo (Maine Coon) and Lacey-Lou (Himalayan).
Prior to joining Deuzeman CPA, Janet was an Accounting Manager for a large recreational vehicle dealership providing all levels of accounting. Having many years of experience in various environments has allowed Janet to naturally adapt to a variety of new clients with Deuzeman CPA.
Jenn has over 30 years of accounting experience, including over a decade in public accounting and over a decade in corporate accounting working in various industries and roles. Jenn also has experience focusing on labour reporting, budgeting and has regularly worked intimately with owners and managers of businesses. Aside from accounting itself, Jenn is passionate in learning about different businesses as well as process improvement.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys playing tennis and exploring new restaurants.
Jennifer possesses administrative accounting experience, spanning various industries, with a unique and broad understanding of multiple business models. In previous roles, Jennifer has bridged the responsibilities in both accounting and operations, allowing for a more holistic view in her approach.
Jennifer has over a decade of experience in improving performance and driving efficiencies for growing organizations. She brings a wealth of experience in strategic decision support, management reporting, process optimization, and technology implementation to our clients.
Jennifer joined Deuzeman CPA after working at Deloitte Canada and Deloitte USA for over a decade. There, as a Senior Manager in their Strategy & Operations group, Jennifer provided executive level solutions to clients in the retail, manufacturing, technology, bio/med-tech, and professional services industries.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Prior to joining Deuzeman CPA, Linda worked for over 20 years at a two-partner accounting firm where she helped small to medium sized business owners with their tax and accounting needs.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys playing badminton, tennis and spending time with her family.
Lois joins Deuzeman CPA with 30 plus years of accounting and full-cycle bookkeeping experience having held positions in the technology, automotive and sound industries among others. Throughout her career, Lois has worked in small and medium businesses as well as in corporate environments.
Outside of work Lois enjoys spending time with her family enjoying hockey in the winter and cottaging in the summer.
Prior to joining Deuzeman CPA, Michelle has worked for small and medium businesses, where she helped business owners with their bookkeeping and accounting needs.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys baking and hosting board games nights with friends and families.
Michelle holds a Business Administration Diploma from North Island College and has been providing full-cycle bookkeeping to businesses for over 10 years.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, as well as volunteering with their local youth football club.
Prior to joining Deuzeman CPA, Michelle worked in public accounting as well as in various accounting and full-cycle bookkeeping positions in the restaurant and real estate industries. Throughout her career, Michelle has strived to be exposed to different industries, working toward becoming a more well-rounded accountant with practical knowledge and experience.
Michelle is a Certified Bookkeeper through Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping, holds business and bookkeeping certifications and is currently working towards her PCP for Payroll Certification.
Outside of work, Michelle is usually found with her family on random outings and likes to escape to the gym. Her favourite hobbies include hiking, camping, squash, comedy clubs, hanging out by the water and watching live bands.

- Paul Deuzeman / President
Paul Deuzeman has over a decade of experience working with small and medium sized businesses. He specializes in developing reliable accounting systems, corporate and personal tax planning as well as succession and estate planning. Most of Paul's time is spent working directly with owner-managers.
Paul formed Deuzeman CPA with a vision of modernizing how accounting and tax services are provided to new and existing clients. His approach to client service extends beyond service delivery. He values close professional relationships with his clients and prides himself on bringing value to every client interaction.
Paul is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and Chartered Life Underwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Ontario Tech University.
Sheryl joins Deuzeman CPA with over 10 years of experience in accounting and full cycle bookkeeping, working for small and medium corporations in the manufacturing and transportation industries. She studied Accounting and Finance at Seneca College.
When not working, Sheryl is often out hiking with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys cooking and sharing meals with family and friends.
Prior to joining Deuzeman CPA, Solena spent over 10 years in the waste management industry, working closely with accounting and operations to bridge any gaps between the departments. More recently, Solena has spent time getting to know the manufacturing industry providing full-cycle bookkeeping.
When Solena isn't in the office, she's spending time with her three girls, two dogs and husband. Her favourite things to do with her family are camping and hiking.
