Dr. Perl originally qualified as a medical practitioner from St. Thomas' Hospital, London in 1984. He then went on to create and develop docleaf one of the UK's most successful crisis management consultancies with multinational clients from pharma, tourism, aviation and defence... He holds qualifications in Leadership Coaching and is a qualified psychotherapist and is experienced in hypnotherapy and NLP. The origins of docleaf came from David's passions for commerce, travel and working with trauma and critical incidents. Mentoring CEO's in crises led him to be curious about the variation in their performance. As a result of this, the seeds were sown in developing his desire to help high achievers perform more effectively... In his 20 years of running docleaf, Dr. Perl speaks internationally on the psychology of business leadership and crisis management.
