Ayush Gupta

Ayush Gupta holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Degree in Project Management and is currently working as the Project Manager/Engineer for Environmental Construction Services, Inc. He is responsible for managing the Mechanical (Sheetmetal, Piping, Plumbing and Electrical) field labor and office operations for jobs in healthcare, commercial, public, state, institutional, industrial and federal sectors. He also oversees the Building Information Modeling (BIM), Construction, Maintenance, and Consulting projects ensuring all budgets and schedules are met in a timely fashion. Ayush is experienced in day to day field actions, inspections, and evaluations of progress, preparation of estimates and schedules, directing material procurement and logistics, through the use of cutting edge 3-D technology and various accounting and management software like Foundation & MS Project. Ayush is also accountable for administering Contracts and ensures all legal requirements, building & safety codes, safety inspections and local, federal & state regulations are met. He oversees Purchasing, financial reporting, change orders, preparation of submittals, AP & AR billings, RFI's, project closeouts, workflow analysis, Sales forecasting, KPI evaluation, engineering, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), facilitating site inspections, evaluation of contractor's certification and programming the databases for integrations of accounting, estimating and project management systems. Daniel O'Neill

Daniel O'Neill is ECSI360's Field Supervisor with excellent problem solving, communication, analytical, and management skills. Technically advanced and constantly looking to expand and enhance his skill set through different forms of training. He is willing and able to share expertise by leading, mentoring, and training, with a goal to safely and efficiently meet each and every goal set forth by ECSI360, its clients, and himself while maintaining a high level of respect and professionalism in the workplace. Dan has 27 years of experience in residential, industrial, commercial, and marine electrical projects. His past performance shows his ability to master different aspects in the electrical field and managing multiple teams in different trades. He is an experienced leader in handling large scale multi-million dollar government and private sector projects. Dan has successfully installed electrical equipment on Matson Container Ships and two OSI Oil Tankers (Eagle Bay and Liberty Bay), installed switches and fixtures in new builds for Toll Brothers and Ryan Homes, oversaw multiple Federal projects like the Preventative Maintenance of Tobyhanna Radar Station at the DISA site, Danville Vertical Transportation Elevator Repairs. He is now field supervising the HVAC, plumbing, and Electrical install of multiple Harvest Facilities throughout Pennsylvania, the HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Balancing at the School District of Philadelphia, and the VTE Preventative Maintenance for three NSA Locations (Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Naval Support Center in Northeast Philadelphia, and the Support Center in Mechanicsburg, PA) He is also Certified with the US Army Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC for Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) and is OSHA 30 certified.

Jennifer Riley

With a successful career in office/project management and operations in the construction industry. Jennifer manages Payroll, Insurance and Bonding, Certifications and Licensing, Unions, Audits, and other office functions. From 2007 to 2012, Jennifer led a profitable project management team on several construction projects, ranging from small commercial renovations to the construction of large new builds. As one of the first employees, starting as the Executive Assistant to the owner, her responsibilities grew to estimating, project management, sales and office management, Jennifer helped to establish Decision Distribution as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the Delaware Valley. Decision Distribution ranked #238 on the Inc. 500 in 2011 with a 3-Year Growth of 1,335%. Due to her experience managing high growth businesses, Jennifer is tasked with managing project paper-flow from start to completion with successful results. Louis Tierno

Louis Tierno, ECSI360's Controller, is an innovative and driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. He strives to learn new ways of doing things, and taking on challenges that are sometimes beyond his comfort zone. This skill was put to the test when Louis oversaw a textile manufacturing company's production line while employed as its Director of Finance. When the company decided to sell part of its holdings and acquire others, he played an integral part in the resulting $25 million merger. He led the merger's financial integration by working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition. Louis's strong interpersonal skills have earned him the confidence of his staff as well as his colleagues throughout ECSI 360. He has developed solutions for the financial issues that keep the company's CEO and other top executives up at night. Louis holds Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and Management, and is an active member with City of Hope, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), and the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia.

Michael A. Brown

Michael Brown is President and Chief Executive Officer of Environmental Construction Services, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Element Mechanical Services, LLC. Michael's professional expertise includes engineering, manufacturing, coordination, installation, and delivery of commercial HVAC products and services for large-profile accounts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Michael is a contributing member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), a senior member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and a Certified Energy Manager. He is also a board member of the Pennsylvania chapter of the Sheet Metal and Air-Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA). As part of his SMACNA duties, Michael Brown chairs the taskforce responsible for developing a national standard of total-system air leakage for HVAC air distribution systems. Additionally, Michael is a board member of The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC). He is also co-chair of the supplier platform for the Consortium for Building Energy Innovation (CBEI-formerly known as the Energy Efficient Buildings HUB), one of three Department of Energy innovation hubs. Michael Brown has a patent pending for an optimized airflow distribution system that he invented during an energy retrofit project for the CBEI.
