Eric Lalli

Eric Lalli is a senior engineer with 35 years of experience providing forensic engineering services, leading the investigations departments for regulatory agencies and multi-national engineering firms. He has conducted thousands of failure investigations, product failure analysis, engineering design, personal injury, OHS and large complex loss investigations. In the world of forensic engineering, Eric is a recognized leader with a broad range of experience globally having practiced in the Americas, Europe and Asia. He is also an expert in safety engineering and compliance with industry codes, standards and regulations. Eric has provided litigation support, expert evidence and testimony in Supreme Courts, State and Provincial Courts for civil and quasi-criminal cases. He is also experienced in dispute resolution and mediation. As Assistant Vice President with EFI Global, Eric leads the Forensic Engineering practice to provide consulting services to the insurance industry, legal industry, and business leaders. Jenny Pushie-Burgher

Mrs. Pushie-Burgher is EFI Canada's Atlantic Environmental Operations Leader. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting field on a wide range of multidisciplinary projects. Jennifer has conducted many Phase I, II and III ESAs for a range of clients with a variety of contaminants of concern at various locations across Atlantic Canada and has significant experience managing large and small spill response projects for clients including pipeline, truck and transportation, residential, oil and gas and insurance. With focus on contaminated site management and remediation, Jennifer's contaminated site project knowledge encompasses all aspects of phased environmental site assessment, as well as emergency response, incident management preparation and site restoration. As the leader of EFI's Atlantic environmental operations she is involved with all aspects of project management including client and stakeholder liaison, scope development, resource management, scheduling, health and safety, budget management, report preparation and review.

Jeremy J. Mele - President

Mr. Mele is President of EFI Global, a leading provider of engineering services, fire investigations, environmental consulting and laboratory services to the insurance, commercial, industrial, institutional, public, corporate and legal communities. As President, Mr. Mele reports to the CEO and is responsible for the management and implementation of the organization's strategic vision and growth plan, while ensuring that the company's core values and services align with current and future market conditions. Mr. Mele is a successful leader with more than 16 years in the engineering and environmental industry, with a strong background in strategic planning, operations and business development. Prior to joining EFI Global, Mr. Mele served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of SDII Global Corporation, a provider of forensic engineering and earth science consulting services. He has served in numerous management roles overseeing a wide range of services including Environmental Site Assessments, Remediation, Indoor Air Quality/Mold Testing and Remedial Design, and Forensic Engineering, as well as provided business development and marketing leadership.

Mr. Ian Mendes

Mr. Ian Mendes is the Environmental Team Leader for Southwestern Ontario operations working out of EFI Global's Hamilton office. Ian has over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Ian is responsible for managing environmental operations and providing senior direction on emergency response and remediation projects managed by staff. His experience includes Phase I and II site assessments and remediation on a range of industrial facilities with various contaminants of concern, the design and preparation of emergency preparedness and response plans and storm water pollution prevention plans, and providing professional opinion related to appropriateness of costs associated with investigative and remedial projects. Ian has also successfully pioneered and launched an illicit drug assessment and remediation service line at EFI Global and is currently involved in the development of a new guideline for fentanyl remediation being drafted for Alberta. Ian has been involved with all aspects of project management including client liaison, scope development, resource management, scheduling, health and safety, budget management, and report preparation and review. Ian is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and a Qualified Person (QP) for Phase I and Phase II ESAs, as defined in Ontario Regulation 153/04. Mr. Kevin Burgher - SVP

Mr. Kevin Burgher is the Senior Vice President for EFI Global in Canada and has been employed with EFI Global for twenty-three years where he has been an integral part in product development, operations, mentorship, marketing and the expansion of EFI Global across Canada. Kevin's experience has allowed him to manage basic to complex, high profile environmental remediation projects. Kevin has managed over 1,000 different residential/commercial/transportation remediation projects involving various stages from emergency response, initial site assessment to developing a remedial action plan, removal of contaminated soils, indoor air quality issues, risk assessment, regulatory reporting and decommissioning of the site. He has also assisted in hundreds of other related projects. In addition to his field work, Mr. Burgher has provided litigation support and expert affidavits and testimony for tort actions regarding petroleum spills. Mr. Burgher's experience has been requested across Canada and into the United States.

Ryan W. Grimm

Ryan Grimm is a well-rounded professional engineer that is solution driven and has a vast array of experience in design in the manufacturing sector. Ryan has provided engineering services for machine design, below the hook lifting devices, overhead lifting equipment and project management. With several years of field experience, Ryan has a practical hands-on approach to solving problems. To compliment EFI Global Canada forensic services Ryan has undergone extensive training in the field of Fire Origin and Cause Determination. His strong mechanical background and comprehensive training in Traffic Accident Reconstruction and modelling software make him a solid and diverse resource that clients can depend on for accurate and practical solutions. Ted M. Cleveland

Mr. Cleveland is responsible for the North America operations of EFI Global. He has over 25 years of management experience with multi-disciplined engineering consulting services and has spent much of the last 15 years providing management oversight for multiple branch offices and regions throughout the United States. His background includes strategic planning, forecasting, recruiting, business development, employee development and day to day oversight of operations. Mr. Cleveland also has extensive management experience relating to all phases of consulting projects including budgeting, scheduling, investigation, design, bidding, contract administration, and construction. He has served as the Director of EFI Global's Catastrophe Response Team. He has been involved in the planning and execution of EFI's response to the 2008 Iowa floods, Hurricanes Sandy, Ike, Dolly, Katrina, Rita and Wilma as well as other large-scale wind and storm events.
