Dr Ahalya Fernando

Qualifications: About Ahalya... Ahalya grew up in Gippsland, Victoria, and graduated with her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Adelaide before returning to Victoria to complete her training with the Royal College of General Practitioners. Ahalya enjoys all areas of General practice including paediatrics, preventative and sexual health. She has previously worked with Thorne Harbour Health and is an accredited S100 HIV prescriber. Outside of work, Ahalya enjoys spending time with her family and her cat Moo.

Dr Caleb Lim

Qualifications: About Caleb... Caleb completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne. He worked at Eastern Health for a number of years, where he gained a broad range of clinical experience before pursuing a career in General Practice. Caleb is passionate about providing holistic and excellent care to patients with a special interest in men's health, minor procedures and paediatrics. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with family and his adorable dog Moomoo. He is also a keen badminton player.

Dr. Grace Cheok

Qualifications: About Grace... Languages: Cantonese & Malay Dr. Grace Cheok graduated in 2009, and has worked in various disciplines including internal medicine and emergency medicine. She enjoys the variety of general practice, and is adept in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Grace has a special interest in lifestyle management/preventative care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures. She enjoys reading, jogging, listening to music and spending time with family during her spare time.

William De Silva

Qualifications: About William... Having grown up in rural Victoria, Dr. Will moved to Melbourne to study a Bachelor of Science (Hons) before completing his Bachelor of Medicine /Surgery (Hons) at Monash University in 2019. Following his years in the hospital system, he and his wife sought greener pastures on the Mornington Peninsula, where Will is expected to complete his GP specialty training at Eramosa. Will enjoys all facets of general practice, and is passionate about preventative health, where he endeavours to take a holistic approach when addressing your health needs. Will is also the proud father of two young children who he raises locally together with his wife, who is also in the medical profession.
