Daniel Estrin is a partner of the firm and a lawyer with extensive experience in Australian Immigration Law. Having worked for both government and the private sector, he has an in-depth understanding of departmental processes as well as the immigration needs of private clients and businesses. Daniel spent several years as a decision maker for the Department of Immigration and the Australian Embassy in Germany before joining the Immigration law team at the Australian Government Solicitor. Armed with government experience, Daniel has also worked with a global immigration firm as an Associate, assisting individuals and businesses with their immigration challenges. He also regularly represents clients in Federal Courts and Tribunals. Daniel's goal is to provide a high standard of tailored, expert advice and service to clients and guide them through the immigration process with confidence.

Dr Jan Gothard is a registered migration agent and one of Australia's leading visa health and disability specialists.
Jan has researched and published extensively in the area of migration and disability and has been an advocate in a number of high profile disability cases over the past decade on behalf of the Down Syndrome Association of Australia. She currently advises clients of the WA AIDS Council, Down Syndrome Australia and the Humanitarian Group on health or disability-related migration matters
Jan has been a leading voice and advocate for migration reform in the health and disability space and has appeared before various Senate committees, including the Joint Standing Committee on Migration in relation to the 2010 Inquiry into the Migration Treatment of Disability. In 2001 she was awarded a Centenary medal for services to literature and society.

Reuben Saul is a Partner of the firm and a lawyer with significant experience across a wide range of Australian immigration law. He has managed teams of refugee lawyers under the Australian government's Immigration Advice and Application Assistance Scheme (IAAAS), obtained working visas for businesses and assisted individuals with family reunion and General Skilled Migration. Reuben regularly represents clients in review tribunals, the Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court and High Court and has an exceptional understanding of government processes and document procurement.
Reuben is chair of the Migration Institute of Australia's Continuing Professional Development Committee and often delivers training sessions on complex migration matters to other agents and lawyers.
