Farleys Training was formed in July 2014 primarily for the delivery of streetworks courses, having been in the reinstatement sector for over 20 years I felt that a lot of people were coming into the industry with little understanding of what was involved and on many occasions having very little understanding of health & safety. Having been through this period myself, my wife and I decided that we would set up our own centre whereby we could offer training that encompasses all that is involved in reinstatement in the highway, from carrying out the actual work and the plant and tools used to working safely... We have a commitment to offer quality training to the individual and give companies the confidence that when members of their workforce leave us they have the knowledge and skills to carry out their daily tasks in a safe and competent manner.
