FOCUS ABILITY CCC

We have had many questions about the status of Focus Ability WorkAble Solutions as a company. Focus Ability is incorporated as a COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION COMPANY (C3) as of May 14, 2019. We work with many partners such as Inclusion BC, Ready Willing and Able, CLBC, WorkBC, Autism BC, and other non-profit organizations that recognize this newest method of running a community-conscious (social enterprise) business that helps others in need. Currently, there is no funding for Focus Ability to be sustainable as a non-profit organization. Pearl and Dan are the sole investors in an effort to make a difference for those who really need the support... We provide a workable solution that matches people with autism or other diverse cognitive abilities with an employer who sees the benefits of having a diverse talent pool of highly skilled and focused individuals... We are different because we facilitate a growing need here in BC, and we are a diverse company ourselves who live what we sell!
