FRUITFUL HARVEST COMMUNITY GARDEN

The Fruitful Harvest Community Garden grows produce for the purpose of donating it to the food bank operated by the Grimsby Benevolent Fund... In the second year of growing, we expanded our vision for promoting healthy eating and for expressing love for our community by hosting free cooking classes for clients of the food bank. The classes are hosted at the Covenant Church kitchen, using recipes that include produce grown in the garden. The classes have been an opportunity for learning, enjoying fellowship, and, of course, eating delicious food!
