Welcome to Ginger & the Whisks, a bespoke London cake company infused as much with glitter, guitars and drums as it is with butter, cream and molasses. Why? Because I guess I am too. I'm Nat, a classically trained pastry chef, chocolatier and owner of Ginger & the Whisks. In wanting to create a range of cakes that honestly represent my skills, as well as who I am, I decided that there was only one thing for it - I'd have to mix the baker in me with the music lover because when the two combine, that's when the magic happens for me...
