We balance the oftenconflicting needs of clients, local authorities and other key stakeholders by presenting innovating design solutions founded on established research and evidence. The Grayspace story started in 2012 as a small group of like-minded, multi-disciplinary designers who wanted to develop a new methodology to provide innovative, social and ethical responses within the built environment. We saw a lack of qualitative and quantitative evidence being used in the development processes and endeavored to bridge this gap by developing a collaborative business model that focused on providing market driven solutions for our clients with buy-in from our stakeholders...
