The GTFCC is a partnership of NGOs, academic institutions, and UN agencies. The success of the GTFCC is built upon this partnership model, with all partners playing a critical role in our collective efforts to end cholera... Global strategic direction and accountability is provided by the GTFCC Steering Committee, the Independent Review Panel, the GTFCC Secretariat, the GTFCC Working Groups, and the Country Support Platform... The GTFCC can support countries throughout the development process and can actively contribute technical support for the implementation of activities once the plan is endorsed at national level. The GTFCC has established an Independent Review Panel ⁽³⁾ (IRP), which is a team of impartial experts responsible for providing rigorous and independent technical assessment of country NCPs .
