HaganaH is the Hybrid Israeli Martial Art created by Israeli Special Forces Commando and Martial Arts Master Mike Lee Kanarek. Mike Lee Kanarek developed HaganaH as a result of his experience in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and a lifetime of Martial Arts experiences. The foundation of HaganaH is a combination of Mike Lee Kanarek's diverse training background... 15 percent of HaganaH is made up of selected HISARDUT fighting techniques that mesh well with HaganaH's method of fighting.
