HALLWORTH FARM

Hallworth Farm offers three beautifully restored self catering holiday cottages in Bedfordshire. The cottages have been converted to a very high standard from a 19th century grain and feed store into The Granary; three brick-built cottages set around a sunny courtyard, offering a mix of rustic farmhouse living with a modern twist... We began renovating Hallworth Farm in 2009 and moved in during August 2010. Since moving in, Rob, who has a background in building and agriculture, with an interest in history, discovered that the farm dates back within his maternal family. His ancestors lived at Hallworth Farm from the 1860s until 1904 and his grandfather, Thomas Gurney, was born here in 1898...
