Chris Williams has nearly 25 years of experience in financial services and leadership and has been a member of a credit union since childhood.
Chris joined Henrico FCU as Operations Manager in 1996 and was named President/CEO in 2001. During his tenure he has helped lead many initiatives focused on improving member service and member access to products and services while always focusing on the credit union's people helping people philosophy.
Chris passionately cares about the credit union movement and has been an active leader in the Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions, serving as both a vice president and president. He is also a strong supporter of the Virginia Credit Union League, serving as secretary, treasurer and currently the immediate past chair.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Banking from York College of Pennsylvania.

Jason Ritter has more than 21 years of experience in financial services and management. He has held all roles within retail banking from part-time teller, while in college, to his current role as Senior Vice President of Member Experience. His experience is a product of managing sales, operations, member-service, lending and business development for community banks, super-regional banks and credit unions
Jason joined Henrico FCU as VP of Retail in June 2013 and accepted his current role as Senior VP of Member Experience in May 2017. He provides leadership to the member-centered functions of the credit union encompassing Branches, Member Contact Center, Marketing, Lending, Business Development, Asset Protection and Financial Education. Jason also serves actively in the Virginia Credit Union League as co-chair for the Legislative Committee of the Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions.

Jennifer Yocke has over twenty-five years of financial services experience, serving as a Switchboard Operator, Support Representative, Executive Assistant, HR Manager and, now, the Vice President of Administration.
She joined Henrico FCU as an Executive Assistant in March 2005. Today, she oversees a variety of back-office support roles, including human resources, facilities, operations, fraud and compliance.

Experience
Russell Sumner serves our membership as Vice President of Information Systems. He has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry serving a number of credit unions in Central Virginia having held leadership roles in marketing, member services, and information systems. Russell believes in the uniqueness of the credit union structure and its dedication to serving its member-owners as a financial cooperative.
Russell has been active in both the credit union movement and with industry partners over the years. His support for Virginia-based credit unions has included previous leadership in a League Committee and coordination of networking events for industry professionals in information systems. He has also served as president of a software partner's user group community and on a business continuity/disaster recovery partner's advisory group.
He is active in the community through leadership in his church with committee membership, supporting the children's programming and volunteering with them to support many local organizations. He has also served as a youth sports coach for his son's recreational teams.
Education
Russell holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Majors in Marketing and Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
