Edward Krzysik

Edward Krzysik has been in the field services and technology industry for 25 years. As an experienced leader in service delivery, Edward brings a focus on strategic planning, client value and growth. During Edward's tenure with a large, global technology provider he was responsible for developing an award-winning program that coupled field resources (technicians) with game-changing technology (Help Lightning). Edward holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and an MBA from the American Military University. Edward is also a U.S. Army Veteran having served with the U.S. Army Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps.

Gary York - Chairman

Kevin Johnson - CMO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Marketing
Leveraging his 25 years of marketing experience, Kevin focuses on designing and developing brand awareness to generate public interest and establish market leadership. He has worked for many "first-of-its-kind" software start-ups in Birmingham. Aside from serving as art director and lead designer, Kevin always takes an active role in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Kevin is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

As Help Lightning's Chief Executive Officer Marc boasts more than 25 years of hands-on leadership in a variety of fields - from healthcare to retail, financial services to manufacturing and distribution. He has extensive experience designing and building Enterprise-class Software Products and Solutions, and was the Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of ComFrame Software Corporation. Marc also served as Vice President of ComFrame and Chief Technology Officer for Influence Health.

Neal Evans - CTO

Job Titles:

As Chief Technology Officer of Help Lightning, Neal provides insight into topics ranging from artificial intelligence to optical design. His contributions to the scientific community include advances in machine learning, physics, and theoretical optics. Neal holds a Ph.D. in computational physics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife, Finley, live on smallholding farm with their 2 dogs and 14 chickens.

Rachel Blackmon

Rachel brings with her over 25 years of experience in the areas of Customer Success, Engagement Manager, Project Management, and Operations Management. She has a proven track record and extensive experience in the software management arena. Her experience ranges from establishing Project Management offices, managing large, intensive clients and running company Operations. She received her undergraduate degree in Math/Business/Computer Science from Samford University and holds both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Sarah Katherine Bickerstaff

As Controller, Sarah Katherine leads the finance and accounting divisions of the company. She began her career in Atlanta with Grant Thornton LLP and has experience in banking and numerous equity transactions. She uses data driven insights and metrics to drive value to the rest of the team and organization as a whole. Sarah Katherine earned her bachelors and graduate degrees from The University of Alabama and is an active CPA.

Thierry Guyader

Thierry works closely with Help Lightning's customers and partners to increase revenue, and improve efficiency and effectiveness in transforming their organizations with Help Lightning's disruptive AR-enabled virtual presence SaaS. Thierry has a Business Management degree from ISC (Institute Supérieur du Commerce de Paris) and a Master of Science in Administration from UAB (University of Alabama in Birmingham). He has worked in over 31 countries and still loves to travel across the world for pleasure, including to a small village in Brittany where he grew up and his family still lives.
