HIGHLANDS OF LEAWOOD HOMES

The Highlands of Leawood Homes is a quaint subdivision nestled in the heart of Leawood, Kansas. The Highlands began construction in 1987 and currently consists of 144 beautiful uniquely designed homes. In 1989, the Highlands of Leawood Homes incorporated into a Home Owner's Association which has been, and continues to be, run entirely by and for the residents. No other subdivision in the area can boast of having such a wide array of amenities as a wrought iron perimeter fence, walking trails, a pool and clubhouse, kid-friendly green belts throughout the subdivision, designer light poles, and designer mailboxes available to be used by a such a limited number of residents...
