Hillside Indian Cuisine is a one of a kind dining experience. Located in the Hillside Center, off of Romence Road, Hillside Indian Cuisine was formerly called Indian Cuisine. Now with a new chef, new management, an all new menu and buffet, and completely refurnished environment, we offer our customers the taste of authentic cuisine from the sub-continent... Our signature dishes from Hyderabadi cuisine include Hyderabadi dum biryani, bagharey baigan, dahibadey, and khubani ka meetha, the likes of which you will not find all over Michigan. We also offer authentic south Indian dishes - crisp and fresh dosas, soft idlis and spicy tangy sambhar and chutneys. Our North Indian/Pakistani spread includes traditional dishes like tandoori chicken, seekh kabab, boti kabab and kadai chicken while Punjabi dishes like butter chicken and chicken tikka masala are a hot favorite among our regular clients.
