My weaknesses include markets, especially farmers markets, eating, reading about food, buying books about food, listening to food programs on NPR and trying new restaurants, recipes and flavors... Apart from food other interests include: rowing, cycling, environmental issues, geography, pilates, photography and films. This year I have been learning to play ice hockey. I am an avid recycler and novice composter and when I have time love to lie in my hammock with a good novel... A British transplant currently living in Columbus Ohio whose addictions include black pepper, ginger, pumpkin, beets and marmite.
