Disappointed to report that I have received shockingly poor service from the get go from the Unabridged Birth... Certificate (UBC) Department. We applied for our UBC's in September 2021 and contacted i-Boutique in January to expedite the process. They received our full payment and all the required documents between 26 and 28 January. From the get go, there were multiple errors in the process, but we didn't have a choice to get professional assistance.We got the wrong account with people's personal confidential information on multiple occasions, all the way from wrong invoices and wrong quotes with sensitive information to highly confidential personal apostelled documents that was not ours.Unfortunately we also did not receive updates and had to ask weekly for updates and explanations, with the same generic responses that seemed highly untrue and assuming one has no idea how the process works, or using technical jargon that was either made up (never heard of before) or has no meaning to..
