Angie Reecer - COO

Angie has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and oversees all office administration, reconciliation of accounts, and operations functions for Innovative Portfolios. In the same role at an affiliated registered investment advisory firm and related divisions and companies in Indianapolis, Indiana, Angie has been involved in portfolio rebalancing and trading in equity portfolios since 2005. She previously worked in banking and operations with Paine Webber and as an administrative assistant with Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter. Angie spends her free time gardening and working on her hobby farm, which has miniature donkeys adopted from the Indianapolis Zoo, pot-bellied pigs, dogs and cats. In addition to spending time with her grandbabies, she enjoys traveling and staying at her cabin in Michigan.

Audrey Bruch - Chief Compliance Officer

Audrey's experience includes all aspects of accounting, compliance and financial management for Innovative Portfolios and related registered investment advisory firms and affiliates in Indianapolis, Indiana. She previously served at Wallington Asset Management as Chief Operations Officer, and also as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President Finance & Operations at Winthrop Capital Management. Other experience includes compliance, operations, accounting, and financial management responsibilities at 40|86 Advisors and Conseco, Inc. in the Indianapolis area and KPMG Peat Marwick in Chicago. Audrey holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington. A certified public accountant, she holds a FINRA Series 65 license, is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys watching her two children compete in swimming and soccer.

Brad Stark

Brad brings over 20 years of experience in financial trading, research and interpretation of regulations, and operations to the role of Compliance Manager at Innovative Portfolios. A seasoned compliance professional, Brad most recently served as Chief Compliance Officer and Relationship Manager at Dinsmore Compliance Services and as Chief Compliance Officer at Bedel Financial Consulting before that. While serving in these roles, Brad handled all aspects of administering the firms' compliance programs, from onboarding clients and personnel to implementing system edits as regulations changed. Brad's extensive compliance experience stretches back to the roles of Chief Compliance Officer for Graydon Compliance Solutions and Compliance Manager for AIG Advisor Group. He also possesses an in-depth understanding of the finance industry, having worked as a Senior High Net Worth Specialist for Charles Schwab. Brad graduated from Indiana University of Fort Wayne with a B.S. in Business Management. In his spare time, Brad enjoys traveling, biking, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and young son.

Christy Jordan

Christy is the National Business Development Director for Innovative Portfolios, working with investment advisors throughout the United States. Having spent the last nine years supporting sales with an affiliated registered investment advisory firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, Christy spent ten years in Chicago on the sales and marketing side of the mutual fund and managed account industry. She worked with Paine Webber/Mitchell Hutchins, the Munder Funds, and Duff & Phelps before "retiring" to raise a family. Christy re-entered the industry in 2010 to assist in national sales efforts for an affiliated RIA and its institutional division. Christy earned a B.A. from Purdue and attended Studio Arts Center International in Florence, Italy.

Dave Gilreath

As a founding principal and chief investment officer of Innovative Portfolios, LLC, Dave Gilreath shares responsibility for setting investment policy, asset allocation, and security selection for the company's accounts. He serves as portfolio manager for the investment strategies and as chair of the investment committee, providing overall guidance, leadership, and direction. Since 2001, Dave has been chief investment officer and managing director of a registered investment advisory firm he co-founded with Ron Brock. In that firm, Dave drives investment policy and leads the investment committee, making weekly equity decisions regarding all of its portfolio strategies. Dave also serves as a partner in the RIA's institutional investment division and in related investment management companies. Dave has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, and started watching and reading Louis Rukeyser while in high school. During his college years, he owned and traded his own stocks, even making covered calls and purchasing options. Becoming a stock broker in 1981, Dave began his career with Bache Halsey Stuart Shields and later worked at Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter before co-founding the registered investment advisory firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2001. Dave is a contributor of money management advice and information to investment columns for ABCNews.com, cnbc.com, Investopedia.com, and WealthManagement.com. He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Dave obtained his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) designation in 1984. Meet founders Dave Gilreath and Ron Brock, who saw Innovative Portfolios as the next logical step in offering their particular style of investment strategies-this time by providing resources to financial professionals.

Edward "JR" Humphreys II

JR's experience in the financial industry spans almost 30 years, and he serves as senior portfolio manager for Innovative Portfolios. With 13-plus years of experience managing fixed-income portfolios for separately managed accounts, JR has worked extensively in alternative asset allocations and the creation of equity selection processes to achieve greater quantitative and more disciplined equity selections. As portfolio manager for both the Preferred Income and the REIT investment portfolios at an affiliated registered investment advisory firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, JR is responsible for securities selection, building the portfolios, and trading. He also serves as a member of the firm's investment committee, helping analyze its equity portfolios and make strategy recommendations.

Eric McKenzie - COO

With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Eric is responsible for the administrative and operations functions at Innovative Portfolios. As Director of Operations and Portfolio Manager at SBAuer Funds for the last ten years, Eric handles equities trading for the Auer fund-a straight equity fund. Eric's prior experience includes a position as Vice President of Distribution and Client Services for Huntington Bank, where he was also Vice President of the Huntington Funds. At Charles Schwab, Eric traded equities and mutual funds as an Investment Consultant, later moving into Business Development. He then became an Advice Training Manager, training sales team members, managers and directors in the Schwab model for providing investment advice and coaching. Eric previously worked as an Investment Consultant at Bank One. Eric earned a history degree at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and enjoys spending time with his wife, their two grown sons, two dogs and a Himalayan cat named Jayne.

Kat Harper

For Innovative Portfolios and its affiliated investment advisory companies, Kat serves as Vice President, Operations, trading many of the firms' managed portfolios, managing internal and institutional performance reporting and audits, maintaining mass communications with clients and prospects, and helping with workflow and database management. Kat began her career at Charles Schwab & Co. as a client service specialist, subsequently moving to a supervisory role in Retirement Services and the Trust and Estates departments. There, she enjoyed both working with clients on challenging estate issues and collaborating with teammates on workflows and procedures, overseeing cashiering, and providing coaching and reviews. Kat graduated with Honors from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Marketing. While at IU, she was a Kelley Scholar and a member of the Hutton Honors College, and also studied Germanics and Metalsmithing. In her free time, she enjoys renovating houses, visiting local breweries and discovering new hiking trails with her dogs.

Ron Brock

As a founding principal and chief financial officer of Innovative Portfolios, LLC, Ron handles all facets of finance and business operations for the company and for its affiliated registered investment advisory firm. In this role for each of these businesses, he coordinates operations with compliance, oversees financial management, and directs marketing efforts and staffing. Ron helps guide overall strategic direction and investment policy for these firms, serving as a leading member of the investment committee and as co-manager of one of the investment strategies for Innovative Portfolios. With almost 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ron started with Prudential Bache Securities and, later, Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter before co-founding an investment advisory firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, more than two decades ago. He continues to serve as co-principal, managing director and chief financial officer of that RIA and as a partner in related investment management companies. Ron attended Indiana University School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is also an avid supporter of performing arts in the Indianapolis area and currently serves on the board for The Cabaret theater.

Sheldon Hirst

Sheldon worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for more than 20 years, with eleven of those in public accounting and several more as an independent business owner. Having served as an independent controller and consultant for several small businesses, Sheldon handles the day-to-day financial aspects of business at Innovative Portfolios and its affiliated registered investment advisory firm and related businesses. Sheldon received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana. He is a registered tax return preparer and a member of the Indiana CPA Society. His interests include work as a board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis and as a past president and board member of the Jewish Community Center of Indianapolis. Sheldon is also an avid weekend warrior basketball player.

Tiffany Kryder

Before joining the Innovative Portfolios team as Operations Manager, Tiffany served as Operations Manager at Freedom Mortgage Corporation. While there, she increased the company's operational efficiency by creating streamlined inter-departmental systems and effectively managed teams with employees located around the world. Tiffany is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at The Pennsylvania State University after having received an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Tiffany currently lives in Carmel with her fiancé and their two kids. She loves spending time with her family, whether traveling to new countries, hiking outdoors, or going on pet-friendly adventures together with their dog, Mable.

Tom Kaiser

Tom is a portfolio manager and research analyst for Innovative Portfolios, where he assists with asset allocation and selection for the company's investment portfolios. He also serves in these same roles for an affiliated investment advisory firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to joining Innovative Portfolios, Tom served as an Investment Research Analyst for 40 | 86 Advisors in Carmel, Indiana, covering fixed income investments across the credit spectrum. Additional experience includes five years with Fitch Ratings, Inc., in Chicago, Illinois, in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and a year in operations at Northern Trust Corporation, also in Chicago. Having graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, with a degree in finance, he received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) in 2015. Tom resides in Westfield, Indiana, with his wife and their two young boys. He enjoys traveling, especially to visit family, and spending time outdoors, running, and cooking.

Wally Taggart

Wally Taggart began his investment career with Paine Webber in 1963, becoming one of the first brokers in Indianapolis to use options and to become a Registered Options Principal with the CBOE. He spent over 30 years as a broker and in branch management with Paine Webber, Dean Witter, and Morgan Stanley. Wally claims he is most famous for being a successful street racer in his father's Hudson Hornet-on the west side of Chicago in the mid-fifties! After a decade of "retirement," he was easily persuaded to come back to work and help with trading.
