Dr. Beatriz Mann

Dr. Beatriz Mann is a licensed clinical psychologist, who is certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), is a Level 2 trained Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) provider, and Intensively Trained (level 3) Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapist. She is also trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Family based Treatment (FBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Given her extensive training, Dr. Mann is able to tailor her approach to meet the specific needs of her clients. Dr. Mann works with college students and professionals to provide evidence-based care that often requires a more flexible and creative approach to be able to provide an individualized treatment plan that works with the client in collaboration towards their goals. Dr. Mann works to create a safe space for her clients so that they feel welcome while also provided with concrete and tangible skills to use both in and outside of therapy. Dr. Mann's internship and post-doctoral training increased her work with adults as well as treating mild to moderate eating disorders and issues of overcontrol, such as perfectionism, inflexibility, and emotional loneliness. Dr. Mann enjoys working with adults, helping to navigate the complex balance between work, life, and psychological health. Her training in RO-DBT enables Dr. Mann to be able to help people who, on the surface, may seem like everything is "ok," but generally feel lonely or disconnected from others. Dr. Mann incorporates humor and compassion to be able to work with clients to make the changes necessary to get them closer to living according to their valued goals. Dr. Mann is also a certified TF-CBT provider, working with clients and (potentially) their families to be able to move from feeling like a victim to becoming an empowered survivor. Dr. Mann's research background in neuropsychology and trauma also brings an increased level of understanding and explanation to her clients, as she works to help her clients more fully understand and therefore overcome the neurological and biological impacts trauma can have to those that have survived it.

Dr. Grace Waite

Dr. Grace Waite is a licensed psychologist under the supervision of Dr. Samantha Winton. Dr. Waite specializes in the treatment of teens, young adults, and adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, trauma, identity, and sexuality concerns, and eating disorders. Dr. Waite helps patients gain greater understanding of themselves, improve their family, romantic, and friendship relationships, develop coping skills for anxiety and depression, and improve their relationship with food and their body. She enjoys helping clients to feel confident in their ability to cope with life stressors and develop greater enjoyment in the meaningful parts of their life. Dr. Waite helps patients gain confidence navigating major transitions in their lives, work, and relationships. Dr. Waite has had focused training in university counseling centers working with individuals pursuing highly demanding academic, music, and arts careers. In these settings, Dr. Waite has helped clients to develop greater insight into their identity and their relationships with others, while addressing mood and anxiety concerns that may be impacting their day to day functioning. Dr. Waite has worked with a variety of presenting concerns with particular experience working with depression, family dynamics, trauma, self-esteem, and LGBT+ issues. Dr. Waite utilizes a collaborative approach to help her clients reach unique goals for treatment. She believes that the therapeutic space should foster hope as clients explore challenges in their present and difficult experiences in their past. Dr. Waite works to create a non-judgmental space in which her clients can grow at their own pace while also challenging unhelpful coping skills that are no longer serving them. Dr. Waite earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and her doctorate in Clinical psychology from William James College. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Florida State University Counseling Center where she worked with individual, couples, and groups navigating the challenges of undergraduate and graduate education as well as interpersonal concerns, identity development, and family dynamics.

Dr. Hannah Gilfix

Dr. Hannah Gilfix is a licensed psychologist under the supervision of Dr. Samantha Winton. Dr. Gilfix specializes in the treatment of teenagers, young adults, and adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship concerns, and managing the college experience. Dr. Gilfix has experience working in university counseling centers providing evidence-based treatments to college and graduate students who present with a variety of concerns (identity development, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety/depression, life transitions, grief), the Veteran Affairs Health Care Center (VA) working with individuals who have chronic pain, and outpatient medical centers providing behavioral family therapy and exposure therapy. Dr. Gilfix is currently completing specialized training in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy, through an EMDRIA-approved program which is the organization dedicated to the highest standards of excellence and integrity in EMDR. Additionally, Dr. Gilfix works with couples who wish to enhance their relationship by learning skills to decrease conflict, increase their connection, and improve their communication with each other. Dr. Gilfix has completed Level 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method and helps couples move their relationship from a "gridlocked" state to one that feels healthier for both partners. Dr. Gilfix works to create a space that is both warm and collaborative, as well as inclusive of empathy and respect. She aims to form strong relationships with her clients and to work alongside them to set goals, identify strengths and resources, and learn new skills and strategies to decrease distress and increase happiness. While doing this, she also explores how each client's life experience influence both their well-being and their understanding of the world. Dr. Gilfix earned her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Oberlin College and her doctorate from the University of South Florida. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of South Florida Counseling Center where she worked with college and graduate students dealing with the challenges of interpersonal concerns, mood disorders, anxiety/depression, identity development, trauma, eating concerns, and school transitions.

Dr. Rebecca Crecraft

Dr. Rebecca Crecraft is a licensed clinical psychologist and Certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Therapist. Dr. Crecraft has a passion for working with clients who have experienced trauma, re-develop a sense of safety and regain control of their lives. She assists clients in replacing negative life patterns that are keeping them from moving forward and creating healthy boundaries and coping skills that will lead to healthier and more fulfilling lives. In addition to her interest in helping her clients recover from trauma, Dr. Crecraft also treats depressed or anxious teens or adults, young adults transitioning into college, and couples having a hard time communicating, parenting, or just getting along. In Dr. Crecraft's 12 years of experience, she has worked with clients aged 3 to 85 in numerous settings such as Baker Act receiving facilities, schools, homes, crisis lines, community mental health clinics, and private practices. Dr. Crecraft is also an Intensively Trained (level 3) Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapist. She works with clients who identify as ‘over-controlled' including those struggling with loneliness, connecting authentically with others, and persistent high-achievement that impacts happiness and relationships. RO-DBT is an evidence-based treatment for disorders of over-control including anorexia nervosa, chronic depression, maladaptive perfectionism, chronic anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Crecraft earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Florida, a masters degree from Pepperdine University, and her doctorate from Alliant International University. Dr. Crecraft completed her residency at the Wright Institute, Los Angeles, one of the nation's leading training programs for psychoanalytic psychotherapy. She has since attended a certification program in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as being an Intensively Trained Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapist (RO-DBT). Dr. Crecraft uses evidenced based treatments to target problem behaviors for clients and get them feeling like themselves again.

Dr. Samantha Turetsky

Dr. Samantha Turetsky is a licensed clinical psychologist and specializes in the treatment of a variety of anxiety disorders including general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure response prevention (ERP) to help clients identify distortions in their thinking and examine evidence to discover more helpful and accurate ways to view the world. She loves helping clients strive for balance in their life in many domains: with thoughts, food, self-care, relationships, work, and more. Dr. Turetsky also specializes in treating teens and adults who are struggling with eating disorders in both individual and family therapy contexts. Throughout therapy, and with her warm sense of humor, she creates a relaxed, curious environment where clients can feel comfortable looking at the most challenging parts of themselves. Additionally, Dr. Turetsky works with couples who are struggling with conflict, communication, connection, or parenting effectively. Drawing from emotion-focused couples therapy and the Gottman Method, Dr. Turetsky helps couples identify negative patterns of communication and replace them with more effective strategies that facilitate closeness and connection. Dr. Turetsky completed a residency at the Psychology Services Center, a community mental health clinic in South Florida, where she worked with children, families, adults, and older adults for a well-rounded clinical experience. During her residency, Dr. Turetsky also served as the psychological consult at a geriatric community clinic on campus. Additionally, she has completed rotations at an early intervention treatment center for autism and the student counseling center at Florida Atlantic University Counseling and Psychological Services. During graduate school, Dr. Turetsky facilitated multiple groups, including a process group for adults, a DBT skills group for college students, and a support group for individuals with Parkinson's Disease.

Dr. Samantha Winton

Dr. Samantha Winton is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified eating disorder specialist and clinical supervisor through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). Dr. Winton has been treating children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders for over nine years. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Texas in Austin in School and Pediatric Psychology and completed her residency at Stanford University's Child Adolescent Consortium in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Winton has extensive experience working in all levels of care for eating disorder treatment including inpatient medical stabilization units, residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs. In 2014, Dr. Winton started her own private practice specializing in treating eating disorders, body image issues, and food related anxiety. In 2016, Dr. Winton launched Integrated Care Clinic, an outpatient mental health and personal growth counseling center in downtown St. Pete where she and her specialized team of psychologists and dietitians treat eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Dr. Winton's clinical practice is informed by evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices within the field. She has extensive experience treating anxiety disorders in youth and adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Based Prevention (ERP). Dr. Winton is also trained in Family Based Treatment (FBT) also known as the Maudsley Approach for adolescents with eating disorders. Lastly, Dr. Winton has also been intensively trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior (RO-DBT), an evidence based treatment for adults with Anorexia Nervosa, Chronic Depression, Treatment-Resistant Anxiety, Maladaptive Perfectionism and other disorders of ‘overcontrol'. Dr. Winton is currently the Research & Education Chair Member of the Tampa Bay chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) as well as a co-facilitator of the Friends and Family Support Group through the Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness. She grew up in Tampa Bay and seeks to support continued education of eating disorders through clinical supervision, consultation, and speaking engagements.

Jacqui Supplee

Jacqui Supplee is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified athletic trainer, and certified eating disorder dietitian (CEDRD). She specializes in the treatment of mild to severe eating disorders in clients of all ages. Jacqui has worked at multiple eating disorder treatment centers including residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings. In addition to her work at Integrated Care Clinic, she also works at Center For Discovery as their regional training director of nutrition services where she travels around the southeast training other dietitians on how to properly treat eating disorders. Jacqui provides accurate, evidence-based nutrition counseling to her clients to promote mental and physical health. She works from an All-Foods-Fit perspective that seeks to reduce shame and guilt surrounding food choices and normalize food as fuel - rather than ‘good' or ‘bad'. She is also a Health At Every Size (HAES) informed clinician who treats her clients from a lens of acceptance and openness, and recognizes the negative impact of weight stigma within the medical community. She actively seeks to reduce anti-fat bias within her nutrition counseling sessions as well as through seminars, trainings, and supervision. Jacqui works with a variety of clients with disordered eating patterns including those with eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), and Orthorexia. She also provides nutrition counseling and education to athletes who engage in disordered eating patterns or have exercise addiction. In addition to eating disorders, Jacqui also works with clients who engage in stress eating, night eating, or those who want to improve their relationship with food and their body.

Joy Metevier

Joy Metevier is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). She specializes in the treatment of mild to severe eating disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. Joy has experience working with clients who struggle with restricting, binging, purging, excessive exercise, picky eating, and negative body image. She has clinical experience in treating eating disorders with clients in a variety of settings. Joy works with a variety of disordered eating presentations including those clients struggling with food rules that prevent them from fully enjoying life. She also works with clients who are seeking to finally recover once and for all from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Orthorexia, Night Eating Syndrome, Specific Phobias such as choking - as well as any clients wishing to exit out of the cycle of yo-yo dieting and improve their relationship with food and exercise. Joy also helps families navigate the stressful world of having a child or teen with an eating disorder. She will work alongside the Family Therapist to develop a united front that helps your child fully recover. Joy values a practical approach and understands that meal plans, coaching scripts and concrete goals can help clients and their families to navigate the difficult path of normalizing food behaviors and re-establishing an intuitive relationship with hunger and movement. Joy is an anti-diet, weight inclusive practitioner who believes that the message of food restriction is unhealthy for ALL individuals - no matter what their size. She invites clients to explore the ways diet culture has influenced their story and provides alternatives to the wellness messages of fear, striving, discontent, shame and weight cycling. She believes that your body is not the problem, diet culture is.
