Bryan received a degree in engineering and has spent over 30 years in healthcare technology and information systems management. Throughout Bryan's long tenure with IHS he has demonstrated an impeccable work ethic that keeps our systems running smoothly for client support and reporting needs.

Chad Butts - Founder, President

As the President of InterHealth, Chad is the driving force behind the success of our company and is responsible for the financial strength and stability of our organization. He brings that same level of business acumen to our clients' medical practices too. Chad takes great pride in building personal relationships with our clients. He began his billing career as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) after earning his MBA 18 years ago. Since the beginning of InterHealth, Chad has built a strong reputation on building lasting relationships with every client. His vast knowledge of the medical billing business as well as his keen understanding of running a medical practice has garnered the trust of hundreds of healthcare professionals.

Chip Schuneman - CEO

As the CEO, Chip ensures InterHealth lives up to our mission and core values through operations, acquisitions, and executive leadership. He has led businesses at the executive level in multiple industries from $3M to $100M in revenue. Chip's vast experience includes healthcare, communication, education, and technology industries spanning the globe from the continental U.S., Europe, and South Africa. With a strong sales, operational, and financial background, Chip has orchestrated organic growth in every business he has served. He has led multiple global acquisitions and steered successful integrations of market-leading companies over the last 30 years.

Heather Barron - COO

As the COO, Heather has risen through the ranks of our company to oversee the entire operation of over 700 healthcare providers. During her 26 years, she has mastered every aspect of revenue cycle management. Heather is fluent in many healthcare software platforms as well as ICD-10 and CMS regulations. She is incredible at troubleshooting billing issues with our clients to keep their businesses running efficiently for their patients.

Patrick Quinn - Chief Strategy Officer

As the CSO, Patrick helps create the corporate strategy for our company through the management of the strategic planning process in cooperation with the CEO. He is responsible for maintaining company culture as set forth in our mission and core values. Patrick began his career in the hospitality and retail industries. He is an ordained clergy, business coach, consultant and published author with masters and doctoral degrees. He brings over 20 years of top level leadership to our growing company.

Terrie Tolbert - CHRO

Terrie began her career in anesthesia billing in 1990 while attending Troy State University in Montgomery for accounting. She started as an entry level billing associate. Her work ethic and attention to detail gave her the opportunity to advance to the accounts payable and payroll manger within two years while she continued to work in anesthesia billing. Over the years she has been successful in onboarding several anesthesia groups and managing their billing. She has experience in provider credentialing and earned her CPC with American Academy or Professional Coders in 2009. She currently serves as our Director of Human Resources and continues to work in anesthesia billing. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
