As a former public procurement official, Angela has significant expertise in the formal public procurement process, rules and regulations that govern the public processes, and formal responses to solicitations at the federal and state-local-higher education level.

Prather is a US Navy Veteran, proud mother of a US Marine, now college student (son) and a brilliant daughter beginning law school, destined to be a great human rights attorney. She is a dedicated volunteer to those who have served our country and their families, having served on the Board of Directors for Semper Fi Sisters and currently a military/veteran child mentor for Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors Good Grief Camp.
