James' Joinery began in 2001 with Timothy James Schauerte as sole proprietor, and then incorporated the company in 2003 as James' Joinery Ltd. As the owner, with over 25 years experience in construction, Tim specializes in custom residential and commercial renovations, restorations, custom homes, heritage restorations and general contracting... We have a crew of up to 12 dedicated individuals, most with many years experience as journeymen in their field. We do renovations of any size, ranging from a ‘simple' bathroom update, to an entire house lift with new foundation and extensive renovation... We specialize in custom residential and commercial renovations and restorations; and new home construction.
