Mr. Chan has over 25 years' experience in accounting and auditing as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He has been the principal of his own chartered accountancy firm in Vancouver, BC since 2004, which is CPAB and PCAOB registrant. His firm offers specialized services including audit services to public companies listed on TSX, TSXV, CNSX, OTCBB & Pink Sheets, CFO services to Canadian public companies to ensure they are in compliance with relevant financial reporting and regulatory requirements; and providing consulting services and assistance.
Mr. Lee is responsible for business development and overseeing the mining operations of CDN Jade Mine Resources Inc. Charles Lee graduated with Honours in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science at the University of British Columbia. Charles Lee was contracted as a consultant for overlooking the strategic growth and operations of Green Mountain Gemstones prior to joining CJM. He has held management positions in Real Estate development ventures with Shao Long Li in both Canada and China prior to his involvement with CJM.
Mr. Johnson is an attorney and trade-mark agent specializing in corporate law, commercial transactions and intellectual property. Mr. Johnson has several years' experience at the senior management and board level in a variety of companies and not for profit organizations. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Queen's University, a Master of Urban Planning (M.U.P.), Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) from McGill University. He also completed the Directors' Education Program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and has been certified at the Institute of Corporate Directors, (ICD.D), the International Executive Program for Mining Leadership at the School of Business, Queen's University and completed the Business Leadership Program for In-House Counsel at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and has been certified by the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.

Mr. Makepeace acts as COO and has over 40 years of jade mining experience in British Columbia and an iconic figure and pillar of the development of the BC jade industry. Kirk is the founder of the Jade West Group, with operations in mining and retail in North America. Kirk is responsible for implementing the corporation's strategic and mining plan while directing the management team.

Shao Long is the CEO and Director of CDN Jade Mine Resources Inc. With an extensive knowledge in BC jade and its processing and consumer market in Asia, Shao Long incorporated his jade business in 2011 and has grown the company to its stage now, owning the majority of producing mines in BC. Shao Long's main responsibility is developing, implementing and financing strategic growth plans for the company. Shao Long's previous experience revolves around jade and the real-estate market with comprehensive background in residential and commercial developments in both Canada and China.
