Having grown up in South Africa, been educated in England, built a family business in Portugal and lived in India during a landscaping project, I can safely say I have had a life of adventure. I have always preferred to follow my intuition. I have learnt to live life from my ‘gut', how I ‘feel' rather than as I ‘should'. When I don't, I usually get "feedback"! I followed my intuition to leave a corporate career and retrain to build a landscaping business. Making career changing choices does not come without challenges. Facing those challenges led me to enquire further into my own personal empowerment and self reference. Since then the topic of self empowerment has become a personal passion of mine. I have spent the last 25 years on a personal study of the mind and how to manage it; drawing from ancient knowledge, techniques of meditation, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
