J.E. Miller Construction is a home builder and was started in 1995 by Jim Miller. Specializing in Custom Built Homes, House Additions, Finished Basements, Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrades, Jim, a native of the Northern Virginia area, began working for Miller Brothers of Arlington, his father's and uncle's commercial building company.
