After working in the stock plan industry for over nine years, Mike Whelan established RDS in 1996... Our garage plans and garage apartment plans have been very successful in the market place and it is interesting to hear what customers are using the plans for - almost anything you can imagine. The garage apartments, or carriage houses, are reportedly used for temporary housing while the main house is being built, in-law quarters, home offices, rental property and much more.
