Bob understands the selection and implementation of OSS and BSS back-office systems, the establishment of formal PMOs and the execution of formal procurement practices-assisting both the seller and buyer with formal and informal Request-for-Proposal initiatives. Bob also brings to the conversation his experience developing strategic and tactical plans for offshore companies. Bob is a Senior Advisor with the Outsourcing Institute.
