Alex Su

Alex is the Chief Revenue Officer of Latitude. As a member of the executive leadership team, Alex is responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing efforts. Prior to joining Latitude, Alex spent nearly fourteen years working at the intersection between law and innovation. Previously, he held a range of sales and marketing roles at emerging startups serving the legal sector and was most recently the Head of Community Development at Ironclad, a contracts technology company. In addition to his sales and marketing experience, Alex has an active presence on social media. He has over 250,000 followers on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok and publishes a newsletter called Off The Record that discusses unique career paths, business development, and the future of work. Alex is a member of the Fastcase 50, a group of visionaries and leaders who are "leading the charge on innovation in the law." Alex graduated from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2010 where he served as an editor of the law review and was the student commencement speaker. He is a former associate at Sullivan & Cromwell and clerked for the Hon. Edmond E. Chang of the Northern District of Illinois. Alex is a New York native who now lives in Alameda with his wife and their two children.

Allison Hartnett

Before joining Latitude, Allison worked in a variety of positions in both the St. Louis and Atlanta markets. Her roles included working in house at a regional airline, working as a labor and employment attorney in both a midsize and large international law firm and working as in a civil litigation insurance defense attorney in a midsize law firm. Allison is an Illinois native and earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University with a concentration in civil litigation and her Bachelor of Arts in education from Saint Louis University. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and son.

Before joining Latitude, Amanda worked at a boutique defense litigation firm in Philadelphia, where she represented insurance companies in the investigation and litigation of complex matters, including products, commercial vehicle, premises, construction defect, and general liability matters. She simultaneously served as litigation counsel for a private electrical construction company, where she advised on general liability matters as well as contract and indemnification issues. Prior to that, Amanda was an associate at another boutique defense law firm in Philadelphia, where she represented hospitals and medical professionals in malpractice claims. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. She also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia. Amanda earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia and earned her B.S.B.A. degree with a focus in Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She is an avid reader and, in her free time, enjoys running, cooking, and cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams. She and her husband have two children and reside in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.

Andrew Cary

Andrew is a Partner at Latitude. He founded and leads the company's San Francisco Bay Area office. Before joining Latitude, Andrew was a Partner at the San Francisco office of Am Law 100 firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. He has more than 20 years of experience at the law firm specializing in representing businesses in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including cases involving drug and medical device product liability, toxic tort claims, commercial business disputes, and professional liability. He also devoted a significant amount of time consulting with businesses on compliance with regulatory matters involving drugs and medical devices. In addition to his litigation and regulatory experience, Andrew was national co-chair of the law firm's Electronic Discovery Group. In that role, he provided advice both internally and to law firm clients on a wide variety of issues related to electronic discovery. He holds three degrees from Santa Clara University - a J.D., MBA in Finance from the university's Leavey School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in finance. While at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, Andrew was a longstanding member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. He has also devoted time to charitable work, including involvement in campaigns to support the United Way. In addition, he has conducted CLE presentations on various topics with a focus on regulatory issues related to drugs and medical devices as well as the handling of discovery during litigation. Andrew and his wife Valerie live in Redwood City with their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and coaching basketball as well as hiking with his dog.

Anne McKnight

Over her nearly 15 years in private practice, Anne gained extensive experience providing strategic legal guidance, conducting internal investigations, and defending employment claims and lawsuits in state and federal courts and with governmental agencies. Anne also served as a frequent speaker and contributor for various companies, associations, and legal publications providing training and insight on a myriad of employment law topics. She is a member of numerous industry associations, including the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Lawyers Association for Women, and Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management. Anne also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Software School. A native Kentuckian and forever a Wildcat, Anne earned her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Kentucky. Candice is EVP and Partner at Latitude. Prior to joining Latitude, Candice served as Chief Ethics Officer and in-house counsel at multibillion-dollar financial services companies, an executive in a national legal services company, a litigation attorney at a leading regional law firm and as the founder of a legal consulting firm. She has served in leadership roles in a number of civic and professional organizations, including as president of the Nashville chapter of the Lawyers' Association for Women. Candice is a frequent speaker on attorney career development, law firm and legal department organizational improvement, attorney retention and ethics and compliance. She also co-hosts the Leveraging Latitude podcast with Tim Haley. Candice began her legal career at the law firm of Miller & Martin PLLC, where she practiced business litigation and commercial bankruptcy law. She later accepted a position as Executive Director with Counsel On Call (n/k/a Legility), directing the operations of the company's headquarters, and then also took on the role of Vice President for Recruitment and Placement, managing the company's recruiters nationwide. Following this, Candice served as Vice President & Corporate Counsel, and ultimately as the Chief Ethics Officer, for Ceridian Corporation (a $5 billion-plus mkt cap global financial services company) and its sister company Comdata (a $3 billion-plus mkt cap global payment processing company), where she oversaw operational ethics compliance worldwide, created and led ethics training programs for employees and managed internal investigations. Candice has extensive experience as a consultant, trainer and coach for lawyers and their organizations on workplace engagement, professional development and career satisfaction and transition. In 2011, she founded Positive Creed Consulting, which offers individual coaching, workshops and associate training programs. She received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from The University of Tennessee College of Law and obtained a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at The University of Tennessee College of Law, where she teaches an upper-level course on "Thriving as a Lawyer" in the Institute for Professional Leadership. Carol is the leader and founding Partner of Latitude's St. Louis office. Previously, Carol practiced employment and labor law with a premier law firm and three large St. Louis-based companies. Just before joining Latitude, Carol was Assistant General Counsel for SSM Health. She served on the health system's Legal Department Management Team, System Policy Board, and HR Council. She provided legal counsel to the diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) team, compensation & benefits, HR business partners, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee health. Carol started her legal career in the labor and employment department of Am Law 100 firm Bryan Cave LLP after earning her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri. She continued her law practice as Corporate Counsel for Graybar, an employee-owned Fortune 500 company. Carol then served as Senior Labor and Employment Counsel for Aegion, a diversified infrastructure protection company with operations on five continents. Her civic contributions include volunteering for nine years with the Family Support Network, serving as Board President and Vice President, and co-leading the agency's merger with Epworth Children and Family Services. She has served on the personnel committee of Care and Counseling; as PTO President, Vice President, and fundraising chair for North Glendale Elementary; and as fundraising chair for St. Louis Classical Junior Academy. Carol lives in Glendale with her husband, attorney David Dick, where they have raised their three sons. She enjoys golfing and otherwise being outdoors, reading, and traveling. Carol and her family love to visit national parks and attend professional and collegiate sporting events throughout the country.

Clark Goodman

Clark is the leader and founding Partner of Latitude's Charlotte office. Prior to joining Latitude, Clark was Charlotte Office Managing Partner at Am Law 100 firm Womble Bond Dickinson. He also served as an elected member of the firm-wide Management Committee, chair of the Budget Committee, and the business litigation team leader for the Charlotte office. In his nearly 30 years as a litigation attorney at Womble, Clark took pride in solving problems for his clients. He represented publicly traded and large private corporations, public officials, governmental agencies, and individuals in state and federal courts (as well as domestic and international arbitrations) in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Clark was named to Business North Carolina magazine's Power List (Law), 2021 to 2023, and he was recognized in BL Rankings' "The Best Lawyers in America" for Commercial Litigation, 2018 to 2022. Clark earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Duke University. He is an adjunct professor at the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he teaches a course on domestic and international arbitration. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, where his committee service has included the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Law Day Committee. A native North Carolinian, Clark and his wife Traci live in the Charlotte area, where they raised their two sons and a wide variety of stray and rescue animals. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, guitar, time at the North Carolina coast, and traveling with his family.

Cynthia Cutler Moon

She is responsible for Latitude's legal recruiting procedures and training across the company's existing and growing markets. Before joining Latitude, Cynthia was the General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for TCW, an intermodal trucking company headquartered in Nashville, and previously practiced employment law at Baker Donelson in Nashville and Fowler Bell in Lexington, Kentucky. She also has prior legal recruiting experience with Koerner & Associates in Nashville. Cynthia has held multiple leadership roles in bar organizations as well as community and professional groups. She is also a frequent speaker at CLE engagements throughout the community. Cynthia received her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she served on the William & Mary Law Review and National Trial Team. Recently, Cynthia took a two-year sabbatical and traveled throughout North America with her husband and two dogs in a 17-foot travel trailer. She visited numerous national parks and UNESCO sites and explored both coasts of Canada (including driving the remote Trans-Labrador Highway) and more than 15 states in Mexico. While this adventure did not cure Cynthia of her fear of spiders, she did gain a lifetime of memories. Cynthia and her husband Bobby reside in Nashville, but they plan to still hit the road on occasion.

His practice was primarily representing international Fortune 500 clients in mass tort drug and medical device high-risk litigation. He also was an experienced general litigator defending a diverse range of companies across various industries. He has almost 30 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts in Texas and throughout the United States. A native Texan, Jeff began his career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. During his law firm career, Jeff took pride in collaborating closely with his clients, understanding their true business, economic and personal needs and helping them find real-world reasonable solutions to complex legal challenges. This experience and relationship-focused approach with sophisticated legal departments and clients, in combination with his law firm management experience, uniquely situates him to assist attorneys and paralegals with pursuing rewarding work and help clients see the value that Latitude's legal talent will bring to their corporate legal departments and law firms. Jeff has been recognized by Who's Who Legal International: Product Liability Defense Lawyers. He is a member of the Austin Bar Association and a member of the board for the Austin Bar Foundation. Joan Blackwell

She also previously served as staff attorney to the Honorable Frank J. Otte of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Her legal career started at the firm Kroger, Gardis & Regasas where she was an associate. She practiced in the areas of commercial bankruptcy law and business litigation. Joan earned her B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is an adjunct professor for IU McKinney where she has taught secured transactions for more than 10 years. Active in the community in both civic and professional organizations, Joan is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation, the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Sagamore American Inn of Court. Her family was instrumental in the formation of the International School of Indiana, which has been in operation for more than 25 years. Kate Radsan

Kate has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, nonprofit Board member, and business owner. She began her legal career in San Diego where she practiced law as an equity partner of the largest plaintiff law firm in the United States, Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach. She litigated class actions in federal courts related to securities, consumer law, corporate accounting, and corporate governance. Kate opened and managed a Washington DC office for the Firm and later moved to the Twin Cities where she launched the law firm Radsan Smith. There she advised corporate law departments and law firms on litigation management and law firm acquisitions and did M&A work. She also owned and operated a garden business. Kate earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law where she was Associate Editor of the San Diego Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia (cum laude). Kate's civic involvement includes active membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Library Friends. She previously served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for nonprofit Compatible Technology International where she chaired the Board's Corporate Development and Marketing Committee and served on the Executive Committee. She also served on the Board of the Wildlife Science Center. Kate has volunteered for the Animal Humane Society for over a decade and has successfully fostered more than 40 puppies.

Kenny Gary

Kenny serves as an Advisor to Latitude. In this role, he advises Latitude on market strategy and the introduction of flexible legal talent solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments. Trained as both a lawyer and journalist, Kenny is nationally recognized as a top revenue and results-driven strategic marketing, communications, business development and sales advisor in the legal and financial services industries. Kenny brings decades of experience providing professional, legal and financial service providers sage marketing, communications and business development counsel. Kenny takes great pride in connecting industry partners to fill market gaps and to solve big problems - this is where he sees his engagement with Latitude to be most valuable. Kenny comes to Latitude steeped with experience in repositioning technology, innovation and professional service organizations within regulated industries. Most recently, Kenny served in leadership capacities at leading communications powerhouse agencies as a partner at Baretz+Brunelle and currently as Chief Growth Officer at Infinite Global. Previously, Kenny oversaw legal media business operations at ALM across events and media, including The American Lawyer, The National Law Journal, Corporate Counsel Magazine, Legaltech News, The New York Law Journal and Law.com to name a few. Kenny also served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at legal technology and staffing company Omnivere, which was acquired by Driven, Inc. in 2019. In his formative years, Kenny also spent time learning his craft as a legal journalist at Thomson Reuters and Tax Analysts. Kenny has also worked in legal capacities at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, The New York Stock Exchange and clerked for D.C. Superior Court Chief Judge Rufus G. King III (retired). Kenny earned his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado. When he's not breathing in the law, you can find Kenny skiing out west, traveling abroad or most likely at a live music venue near you. Kyle is the leader and founding Partner of Latitude's Tampa office. Prior to joining Latitude, Kyle was a partner at the Tampa office of Am Law 200 firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Before that, he spent four years practicing at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of Am Law 100 firm Venable LLP, where he served on the firm's Hiring Committee. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. G. Kendall Sharp of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Kyle spent a decade litigating high stakes matters across the country. His practice included representing a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company in the national prescription opioid litigation, serving as national briefing counsel to a Fortune 500 company in products liability mass and multidistrict litigation around the country, and defending federal False Claims Act cases and investigations across the Southeast. Kyle also regularly served as outside general counsel to companies and advised in-house legal teams on litigation, regulatory, and compliance issues. In the community, Kyle serves on the Board of Directors (and as Communications Chair) for the Tampa Bay Federal Bar Association, as Florida Regional Chair for The Legal Mentor Network, and as Co-Chair of the Special Olympics Florida West Florida Regional Leadership Council. He was also appointed by the Florida Supreme Court as a Director for the Florida Bar Foundation, the Florida Bar's legal aid and access to justice arm. Kyle has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers, Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers, and The Best Lawyers in America. The University of Florida also named him one of their 2020 "40 Gators Under 40." He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was an editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. Lucian Pera

Lucian serves as Latitude's outside ethics counsel. In this role, he advises Latitude on professional responsibility and ethics issues associated with conducting business with lawyers, law firms and corporate legal departments. He practices law as a partner at Adams and Reese LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, and counsels and represents numerous leading law firms, companies, attorneys and others on questions of legal ethics and professional responsibility. Lucian's many civic and professional leadership roles include serving as Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of the American Bar Association. He has served in the ABA House of Delegates since 1990. Lucian served as President of the Tennessee Bar Association and served a three-year term as the Chair of the governing body for the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility; the Center and its committees provide leadership and guidance by developing, interpreting and promoting the implementation of policies and standards that govern the conduct of lawyers and judges and the regulation of the legal profession. Lucian is a nationally recognized authority on legal ethics and attorney professional conduct. He served for five years on the ABA "Ethics 2000" Commission, which re-drafted the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. From 1995 through 2009, he led the Tennessee Bar Association's Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Under his leadership, the committee developed and successfully proposed to the Tennessee Supreme Court new legal ethics rules for Tennessee based on the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. He has chaired the editorial board of the ABA/BNA Lawyers' Manual on Professional Conduct, has served as president of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, and serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Miller-Becker Institute for Professional Responsibility of the University of Akron. Lucian is a frequent presenter and commentator on legal ethics topics and his analysis has appeared in numerous publications including the ABA Journal, Tennessee Bar Journal, and Bloomberg. A Memphis native, Lucian is an honors graduate of Princeton University and Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Before joining Latitude, Madeleine served as Corporate Counsel for CA Student Living, an organization that develops, invests in, and operates apartments near large universities. In that position, she worked with the company's business teams to document vendor engagements, review investment transactions, and resolve contractual and tenant-related disputes. Prior to that, she was a member of the Global Finance group at Nixon Peabody and a corporate and finance associate at Winston & Strawn. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association of Illinois. Madeleine was born outside of Toronto, grew up near South Bend, Indiana and now lives in Chicago. Before law school, she drew on her own experiences working as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm. Megan Grossman

Prior to joining Latitude, Megan was a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Am Law 100 firm Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith where she was Vice-Chair of the Life Sciences Practice Group. She spent the majority of her legal career at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, a nationwide litigation firm, where she became Partner/Shareholder. Throughout her career, Megan has been actively involved in recruiting, hiring and mentoring attorneys and paralegals. As part of her legal career, Megan has focused on litigation, most prominently representing various medical device and pharmaceutical companies in products liability matters relating to life sciences and biotechnology. She earned her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She also earned an M.S. in biomedical engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology from Lehigh University. Michael Morrison

Michael is Director of Client Development, focused on further developing Latitude's relationships with legal departments and law firms nationwide. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Latitude, Michael was a Senior Client Development manager at Priori Legal, where he helped Fortune 500 in-house teams find, hire, and manage flexible legal talent. Before that, Michael founded multiple companies in distinct and varied industries. He began his career as a commercial litigator, but shortly thereafter founded the structured finance company LifeSpring. As its CEO, Michael successfully oversaw the origination and securitization of $2.5B in tradeable insurance related assets. Later, Michael founded both Riker Hill Films - under which he produced the film Explicit Ills starring Paul Dano, Rosario Dawson, and Naomi Harris - and Riker Hill Records. He ultimately transitioned into artist management, founding Groundwork, and working with such notable artists as Tate McRae, Sister Sparrow, Marc Cohn, Nikki Yanofsky among many others. Michael has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He resides in Closter, New Jersey, with his wife Melissa, his daughters Ashley and Avery and his dog Parker. She began her legal career at Briggs and Morgan (now Am Law 200 firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP) where she was a Shareholder in the financial institutions and real estate department. Michelle continued her private practice as a Partner at Dunkley & Bennett and at Am Law 200 firm Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP, advising clients in a variety of commercial real estate, lending, and general corporate and business matters. In addition to her years of private practice, Michelle has served as General Counsel for a startup commercial tenant rep firm and as SVP and General Counsel of an established turnaround firm. She was also Vice President and General Counsel at CSM Corporation where she served as a member of the company's executive management team and provided legal representation and business consultation for CSM's diverse multi-state portfolio of more than 100 commercial properties, 3,000-plus apartments in 20 complexes, and 38 franchise hotel properties. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in recruiting and mentoring of attorneys, including serving as co-chair of the recruiting committee at Briggs and Morgan. As an entrepreneur and business owner, Michelle started and operated a WBE-certified commercial painting company, a real estate investment company, and a company with a patented PPE helmet for the construction, manufacturing and industrial industries. Most recently, Michelle was owner of Culligan Legal & Business Counsel, PLLC, where she provided legal and business advisory services to commercial real estate, construction and small businesses. Rhonda Scott Kinslow

Rhonda is a seasoned litigator with 20 years of experience. She began her career as a federal law clerk in the Middle District of Tennessee and then joined Tressler LLP in Chicago, Illinois. She then joined the City of Chicago Law Department as a city prosecutor before returning to Nashville and working at Am Law 200 firm Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP, where she represented companies of all sizes as a commercial litigator. Rhonda worked as a contract attorney in-house at HCA Healthcare where she managed litigation and oversaw e-discovery. Most recently, Rhonda and her husband started their own firm where they represented businesses and individuals in litigation and commercial transactions. Rhonda served as a member of the disciplinary committee for the Board of Professional Responsibility for 10 years. She is an experienced leadership trainer and coach in leadership development, conflict resolution, and diversity. Ross Booher co-founded and is CEO of Latitude. Prior to Latitude, Ross practiced law as an equity partner of an NLJ 250 law firm. Ross represented publicly traded and large private corporate clients in complex litigation, investigations, compliance matters and transactions. He tried numerous bench and jury trials and served as lead counsel in criminal and internal investigations in Africa, Asia and Europe. Ross's professional and civic roles have included serving as chairman of the Business Crimes and Compliance Practice Group of Lex Mundi and as chairman of the board of KIPP Academy Nashville, a public charter school for at-risk children. Ross was recognized as one of the Nashville Business Journal‘s 2019 "Most Admired CEOs and their Companies" and in the Nashville Post In Charge List of the "best-of-the-best" business, political and civic leaders in 2016-2024. He was also selected for the 2010 Nashville Business Journal's "40 under 40" Business Leaders. Ross received the Tennessee Bar Association's 2007-2008 Harris Gilbert Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award for his successful pro bono representation of a naval officer in a high-profile civil rights and whistleblower matter which resulted in investigations by the Inspectors General of both the U.S. Justice and Defense Departments and the CBS News program "60 Minutes."
