Aleesha Adams

Aleesha is the LeadChange representative in Los Angeles and Southern California. Since leaving a background in corporate finance and sales, she has pursued a career in the equestrian industry, making a name for herself as a riding coach and horse trainer in South Buckinghamshire where she gained her UKCC level 2 coaching qualification.

Andrew McFarlane

Andrew has been delivering equine-facilitated learning (EFL) programmes since 2002, working initially with corporate clients, and more recently also with young people identified as being at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training). He is founder and director of LeadChange, a leading provider of ‘Courses with Horses' to the corporate marketplace, and co-founder and a director of HorseHeard. Andrew is an NLP Master Practitioner with an MBA. He is trained in coaching, EQ mapping and 360° appraisal.

Aydin Soysal

Aydin has a masters degree in Organisational Behaviour - Human Resources. Having spent 25 years in executive positions in various multinational companies, Aydin is now the Leadchange representative in Istanbul, covering Turkey and that region.

Christine Worthington

Christine is a qualified Coach and works with both individuals and organisations on personal and professional development programmes. She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified NLP Coach. Christine is a trained LeadChange EFL facilitator and is keen to share the benefits of experiential learning with horses.

Gill Burt

Gill has 13 years' experience working as a facilitator and executive coach in a range of public and private sectors, including Central Government, Local Authorities, energy, construction, telecoms, hi-tech electronic, retail, logistics and health sectors. Gill is passionate about helping teams and individuals to flourish. She has helped clients make better decisions for themselves and their businesses, develop more effective relationships, manage performance issues, increase self- and other-awareness and broaden their thinking and behavioural styles, manage change and uncertainty, and navigate their career and personal development. Gill is a qualified executive coach and MBTI Practitioner, a Master Practitioner in NLP, Timeline Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy, and is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, International Coach Federation and Association for Coaching.

Heather Hardy

An experienced accredited Leadership Coach in the corporate and executive environment, Heather has used her skills as a change management consultant, qualified counsellor and NLP practitioner to deliver training to a wide variety of audiences nationwide and has delivered key presentations at international conferences. Now working as a Leadership and Personal Development Equine Facilitated Learning Coach, Heather uses her in depth understanding of the public sector and educational systems to promote organisational approaches that support individuals and teams to be physically energised, mentally focussed and emotionally aware so they perform at their very best. Heather has been so inspired by the impact of this work that she now has an abiding passion to proactively introduce the benefits of equine assisted learning to as many people as possible - from children and young people to adults in need and has subsequently become the CEO of HorseHeard , a LeadChange Charity.

Ira Morris

Ira is a Chartered Psychologist, with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from UMIST and qualifications in a number of psychometric assessments for personality, emotional intelligence and motivation. His main focus is to enable teams to work more effectively together over time using a systemic approach, as well as a blend of experiential learning, data from the system, and facilitated dialogue.

Lindsay Corrigan

Lindsay operates as a freelance consultant and has worked with various organisations over the last twenty years (including charities and not-for-profit) designing, delivering and embedding individual assessment, coaching and personal development processes.

She uses a blend of psychology, current leadership thinking, neuroscience and commercial knowledge to deliver high quality, high impact, experiential learning.
