Our goal is to support people in learning mindfulness techniques and creative self-expression to heal from past experiences and to be more fully engaged in life... LEAP integrates mindfulness, mindful & creative movement and the arts to create bilingual (English / Français) healing and creative workshops, courses, teaching resources, and retreats... LEAP Wellness integrates mindfulness, mindful movement, dance and visual arts to create bilingual (English / Français) courses, classes, teaching resources, and retreats.
