Louis Lee, principal and founder of LL Engineering P.C., received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. He then went to further his Engineering education and received his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Polytechnic University in 2007. He received his Profession Engineering license in the State of New York in 2008. Working at various engineering companies throughout his career, Louis has gained a diverse knowledge in engineering principles that he applies to all his projects. He worked at 3 NYC based MEP firms learning HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Protection Design. Each firm, being specialized in different building types, has provided him a solid understanding of the unique requirements for various buildings from High Rises to Residential and Commercial Buildings. During his role as an Inspector for the NYC School Construction Authority, he provided detailed condition assessment reports of the Mechanical systems at NYC Schools so that city funds could be allocated effectively to the Schools needing the most repairs. Within this time, he has also worked at a Fire Alarm Construction Company where he designed and installed Fire Alarm Systems. The diverse experience Louis has gained from his work on designs, installations and inspections helps ensure a smooth construction process from initial design to final completion.
