The glass is always half full for Courtney.
With several years' experience as a successful property manager under her belt, Courtney made the transition to Strata Manager and won the "Most Client Positive Referral" award at the 2019 EOFY.
Courtney maintains and manages the strata properties in the Love & Co Strata Management portfolio to the highest standard, often going above and beyond with service for our valued clients. Her can-do attitude brings an air of confidence and positivity to her work.
When she's not managing strata properties, you'll find Courtney working on her personal goals and doing home renovations that ‘The Block' would be proud of.
As the Managing Director of Love & Co Strata, Edward's role is to oversee all operations and partnerships of the business.
Love & Co Strata Management was created back in 1986, and Edward took over management of the Strata Management business in 2013 and began reinventing the business into an award winning strata management business. In 2016 Edward felt it was important to to deliver the same ideals and tailored level of service to Australia's premier buildings and developers and then set up LOC Strata Management.
Edward believes sound strata management should enhance owners' enjoyment of their property, while creating engaged communities that people aspire to participate in. Edward embodies this approach to community-building through his dedication to the staff within the LOC Property Group, a team he proudly champions to achieve their goals through his focused and generous approach to leadership.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Property and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Construction Management from RMIT University as well as well as a Certificate IV in Property Services(Real Estate) and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations).

Jessica, the Operations Manager, is the backbone of our team and provides pivotal support for all the back-end operations and administration at Love & Co Strata.
She implements systems, trains staff and develops new processes and procedures. Her resourceful and determined methods ensure the efficient delivery of information from the portfolio managers to clients.
Through hard work and determination, Jessica moved up into a management role and has received numerous company value awards for her dedication.
Kathryn is a Senior Strata Manager at Love & Co Strata. Her role is significant in the communication with, and daily management of, client needs and expectations. She enjoys working closely with owner's corporations and revels in the responsibility entrusted in her to carry out its management and administrative functions.
She believes the office is made up of a fantastic team of cooperative and goal oriented people who have successfully forged an exceptional and intimate support network. Every role is vital, and every member's expertise can lend directly to another person's assignment. This not only makes work enjoyable, it helps to mitigate the challenges faced in the team roles on a daily basis.

Kristy oversees and manages the accounts for each property and lot owner in her role as Accounts Assistant at Love & Co Strata Management. She works efficiently to ensure the accounts are reviewed and up-to-date, levies are issued and paid on time, and budgets are in order.
Kristy's determination and ability to learn quickly ensures all the stakeholder accounts are well organised and any problems that arise are settled professionally and in a timely manner.
Outside of work Kristy is passionate about her family, animals and health and fitness.

Lauren oversee's our Account's Department, which offers a great amount of variety within her role. The office environment is fast paced and the dynamic nature of her work affords her the opportunity to wear many different hats within administration; no two days are the same at Love & Co Strata Management and she is constantly exercising and expanding her skill set.
Lauren most enjoys the professionalism and enthusiasm of her colleagues, and the varied and challenging environment of our work. Before she joined Love & Co Strata Management she worked in the non-profit sector for several years and volunteered overseas, which has very much informed her life outside of work.
Volunteering and travel are a big part of Lauren's personal life, as is dancing, which is a great love of hers. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts, and has completed Postgraduate study in Communications and International Development.
Maria loves the dynamic nature of her role as a Senior Strata Manager. Every day is different and each job brings with it new challenges and rewards.
Receiving support and positive feedback from her colleagues is where she draws the most satisfaction from her role, as is the infinite entertainment that is supplied working as a team! Work is certainly never a drag.
Maria's background in administration has equipped her with an extensive knowledge of customer service. This experience has served her well in her current role.
Outside of work, Maria is very family centric; she frequently enjoys family outings and prioritises quality time spent together. Fluent in Italian, Maria also loves to travel and socialise.

As Love & Co Strata Department Manager, Melissa Sofkarova is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the business. Melissa is a veteran of Love & Co's brand of quality strata management, bringing 14 years of industry experience to the role.
Melissa's philosophy is that "a job worth doing is worth doing well." This golden rule has seen her succeed as a strata manager with the ability to solve complex problems and achieve positive outcomes for owners' corporation members.
With her wealth of experience, Melissa has had opportunities to work with different strata management organisations. However, the unparalleled sense of achievement she has felt in seeing the Love & Co Strata team step outside the comfort zone and grow under the leadership of Director Edward Love, has yielded her greatest career decision to date: to "keep it loyal, and keep with Love."
Michella assists with the day-to-day operations associated with enquiries and requests for both internal and external stakeholders. In any given day, you'll find her enthusiastically answering enquiries from owners, property managers, contractors and staff from the Love & Co Strata team.
Michella started as a receptionist and over the years her diligence and reliability has earned her the promotion to the admin team.
She's known around the office for her appreciation of a good meme, which she happily shares with the team. In her spare time you'll find Michella enjoying the fresh air on early morning walks and spending quality time with her family.
Mitchell joined Love&Co Strata in 2017, bringing with him 10 years management experience across Australia.
Mitchell's philosophy is fact-based. He respects clients and stakeholders by providing exact information, no matter the circumstance, with efficiency and transparency so that all parties can work towards effective solutions. Mitchell has completed a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) and is continually training in all aspects of Property to ensure a well rounded approach to all Strata related matters.
Phil brings a cheerful and positive attitude to Love & Co as a Strata Manager.
Russell has several years' experience working with Owner's Corporations. His methodical problem solving skills and effective communication ensures that all lot owners and service providers achieve the best outcome from his management.
Russell is highly knowledgeable of the rules and regulations and often goes above and beyond to complete outstanding tasks that have been persistent problems for many of the Owner's Corporations in his portfolio.
When he's not at work, you'll find Russell participating in various activities and hobbies, including reading, golf and woodworking.

Shweta is an Administration Assistant at Love & Co Strata Management and our go-to person for all matters involving insurance claims.
Along with daily support and administrative duties, Shweta also manages end-to-end claims for clients and provides diligent support and advice throughout the whole process. This includes handling everything from the initial claim enquiry through to settlement.
Outside of work Shweta loves Bollywood dancing and is a trained Indian classical dancer. She also enjoys reading books especially memoirs.

Vandana is a highly skilled Accounts Assistant at Love & Co Strata Management. She has been happily assisting clients on a daily basis with account related queries such as levies, payments and reimbursements for several years. If there are any account issues that arise, Vandana has the ability to resolve them in a positive and confident manner.
In her spare time Vandana is a foodie and enjoys cooking and appreciates a delectable meal. You'll also find her keeping mentally active by reading books, collecting stamps and writing her blog.
