Erica's expertise spans from concept design through to construction administration, ensuring seamless project delivery on time and within budget. Her leadership and attention to detail have been instrumental in navigating challenging regulatory environments, including heritage overlays and bush-fire zones. Erica has successfully coordinated diverse teams of consultants and builders, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of design and construction. Known for her ability to translate client visions into innovative and functional design solutions, Erica brings a collaborative approach to every project, working closely with clients to achieve tailored outcomes that exceed expectations.

Tilde is an experienced Senior Project Architect having worked on several high-end residential projects, as well as affordable housing developments, interior refurbishments, and furniture design. Tilde leads the delivery of LCA projects, working closely with building contractors, trades, consultants, suppliers, and our clients. Her project management, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills ensure the designs of our projects translate into carefully crafted built outcomes. Tilde is passionate about our built environment with a focus on sustainability as a driving principle for design from both an environmental and social viewpoint. Tilde is deeply aware of the impact buildings have on their inhabitants and the environment. She strives to create homes and spaces for people to enjoy. Tilde spent time in her early years on a building site (her father was a builder) sparking her passion for building and design which eventually led her to study architecture at universities in Milan, India, The University of Queensland, and The University of Melbourne where she obtained her masters degree.
